I have stayed here once before. Beautiful hotel and great location (short walk to Boardwalk and Fantasia Minigolf too). Very friendly and helpful staff. Gym was great too!
I found it a little confusing where to park when checking in. I parked in front of the hotel and that seemed to be fine (not sure where I was supposed to park as there were no signs).

Food was decent quality and had allergy options
Carpets were dirty, rooms smelled musty with strong smelling air freshener attempt to mask the smell. Our room was stained and had the previous tenants shorts left behind the curtains.

Proximity to Hollywood Studios was our main reason for booking this hotel! It is stunning! Rooms are beautiful, staff are super helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back and stay!
This is the tiniest critic! The gym has signs stating over 18s only at 6am there was 2 kids maybe 10-12 years old with no parents “playing” with the machines in the gym. Trying to get a workout done this was annoying, as a gym owner I was so concerned and distracted that they were going to hurt themselves swinging off machines as they tried to figure out how they work! This was my only complaint! There is no staff monitoring the gym or perhaps they only work certain hours and wouldn’t expect 2 kids to be up at that hour in the gym. Supermarket on site shop was very expensive BUT to be expected with onsite hotels!

The hotel is beautiful, the areas are well decorated and maintained. The Christmas decorations are amazing.
Very nice experience over all except for a few things.
We booked a four nights stay at the dolphin resort and when we checked-in they give us a room that was right next to the elevators. The noise at night was heavy and not pleasant at all to the point that we almost left. We requested a different room and they told us they were sold out and that we could not have another room.
I would have cancel that reservation if I knew that I was not going to be able to sleep for 4 nights.
In addition to the noise, there is this lady named Stephanie that works at the bar in the cabana that is located in the pool area. Stephanie was a very rude, uneducated and very mean she should not work with people. She made us feel sorry that we had to go purchase a drink from the bar in the pool area.

The staff was amazing. The most comfortable bed! There was bottled water in the room. The tub was slippery when I got in to take a shower, so be careful. Everything was clean. I can’t wait to come back.

Parking. Self parking was blocked off or full so we had to valet... we accepted that at first. Valet separated our car key and keys after the car was given to the valet. Our house keys were lost. No one took ownership and kept referring to the incident report. After 3 hours of guiding the valet and hotel staff of maybe the keys were put in another car. Someone checking out turned in the missing keys.... Disappointed that neither staff took ownership or were concerned on how we were going to get in our home after they kept suggesting that we leave. We stayed as the trust with both parties was lost at this point. No one even suggested giving us our valet fee back until we asked for it back 2 hours into waiting and then going to the "Manager" again and stating we are not paying the fee. Even though the keys were turned in after 3 hours we are now going to have to change our locks.

Close to Epcot and nice clean hotel, staff was friendly.
The hidden fees, even after I paid all my fees, the room said it accommodate 5 but had to pay $35 for additional bed. Self parking is $36, which why charge me for hotel if I chose to stay there.

Location was great! Lots to do with the family
The parking situation was confusing and horrible. Can’t believe it costs $36 a day to self park and on the second day the parking lot was full so we had to park further away from our hotel room, which is difficult with small children.

Convenient location to accessing Epcot via boat or walking. Room was comfortable. Market on main floor had good sandwiches and plenty of options for snacks.
Just a note that the self park was not available at the Dolphin (where our room was) so we had to park at the Swan, which wasn’t too far but was difficult to figure out at night as there weren’t any well lit or easily seen signage for self parking.

I didn't like that the front desk could not take a reservation whilst I was there or help to modify.
I asked for a night drop as I was dealing with hurricane Milton damage and the property would not allow a night drop. I wasn't asking to cancel just shorten the stay as it was an emergency. No wiggle room with them. They could have even banked that night for a future stay and they refused. Terrible customer service. Then, I asked if I could use it on the Sunday and drop the Thursday. So stay the three nights but use the third night on the tail end instead of the front end. They refused. They were not full as I asked the front desk.

My daughter and I took a little time to celebrate her hip replacement now that she can walk around again. It was her 1st time here and honestly we love everything about this resort. We had the chance to have a pool day and we absolutely loved ordering lunch from our chair, and the chicken Caesar wrap that we shared was huge and fantastic. Next time we are going to try the spa ❤️

From the restaurant to the service it was exceptional. I recommend getting the largest room with the fireworks view. Very romantic and a nice touch to sit on the balcony.
There was nothing I didn’t like. I enjoyed every minute. I do wish I was be ride the swans with my gf but it was a bit windy.

Close to the Magic Kingdom, but not close enough to deal with all the traffic.
The parking was awful. The self park lot was under renovation.

L’emplacement surtout si vous visitez Epcot et Hollywood studio. Chambre confortable et personnel accueillant. L’accès au parc avant l’ouverture officielle.

Location is great! Staff is nice . Amenities Awsome. EPCOT and Hollywood Studios are walking distance. The shuttle’s to Dysney every 20 minutes.
The AC is blasting even if you turn it off. The valet parking takes 30 minutes to get your car. Aaaand we figured alrdy at Disney that the hotel doesn’t belong to Disney Resorts but belongs to third party that’s why you can’t really use your Disney rewards or card to charge to the room.

I liked that the property was close to the boardwalk, we got to go visit the night scene with the baby and she loved it.
Very far from Disney Springs and the parks. Not many buses come so we had to uber a lot.

Love the decor, the staff was helpful, it was convenient to nearby attractions.
There is not adequate parking if you are wanting to self park. Also there is a parking fee of $45

We were able to check in before 4pm. All the employees were extremely helpful and understanding due to our displacement because of hurricane Milton. Unbelievably positive experience
We had no issues.

the location is great being on Disney property
The dolphin charters their own buses so when staying at the property you do not have the luxury of getting on and off Disney buses like you do at other WDW hotels.

Excellent location
I requested no room service until asked for. On my second day I asked the cleaning lady, who was right outside my door cleaning the next room over, to refresh our toiletries and to empty the garbage. We then left for the parks. When we returned, the room had not been touched.

The location is perfect if Epcot and Hollywood Studios are your favorite parks. Plenty of places to eat in the hotel and at the boardwalk
Every thing was great

We stayed at the Dolphin for one night after hurricane Helene left us with a night without somewhere to stay. We had two rooms next to each other, myself in one and my parents in another. We arrived at 10am, way before the 4pm check in time and our rooms were ready! They were brilliant rooms on the ground floor of the East building and we would stay in rooms here again. The beds are AMAZING. Best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, both on Disney property and beyond. We found the rooms light and airy. Overall, the resort is beautiful. They just don’t make hotels like this anymore, with so much theming, there’s something to look at on every corner. It has a nostalgic feel about it, but at the same time feels modern and fresh. We ate in The Fountain restaurant for lunch and the Garden Grove for Breakfast and we couldn’t fault either experience. I also ordered room service for dinner and it arrived so quickly and was piping hot, plus soooo much food. Every staff member we met was excellent and we really felt at home here.
The only thing that would prevent us from staying here for a week next time is the parking and resort fees which are extensive. For one night it wasn’t a problem, but this would really add up over a week. I know this resort is Marriott owed, but considering the Disney hotels have stopped charging parking fees for resort guests, surely something can be done here to remove parking costs at the S&W too? This and the high, nightly resort fees may mean we would end up going back to a Disney owned property next time, as it would just financially make more sense and you wouldn’t feel like you’re being ripped off.
The only other thing is that the bathroom area is small, especially the room with the bath/toilet. It would have been great to have double sinks.

The room was a good size, loved the balcony views and watching the fireworks. Staff were great especially at Rosa Mexicano our favourite restaurant. As always an excellent stay at the Dolphin.
Only negative is when reception gets taken over by conference attendees. Would be nice for towels to be available when returning to the hotel after a rain storm.

This hotel was exceptional from arrival to the end! It’s more like you’re own palace get away.
Rooms were elegant, clean and very comfy.
The dining was out of this world! BlueZoo was delicious.
Bathroom shower area could be bigger.

Location was perfect for a trip to Disney without staying at a Disney hotel. Staff were very friendly and facilities round the hotel were great. Loved that the room had a balcony to sit and enjoy a drink on. Lovely bar in center of the lobby to relax in.
Beds were very small, cleanliness in room wasn’t great as there was a lot of dust. Few maintenance issues in room such as toilet seat falling off and very loud AC. Very expensive if you want to buy food and drink especially breakfast ( a plain croissant cost $6!).
