Personnel pas très sympathique ni efficace. Forcé à changer de chambre en laissant nos bagage chez le concierge qui nous les a rendu très tard le soir alors que ma femme était avec notre bébé seule sans bagages. Navette Disney décevante. Chauffeur désagréable. Hall très bruyant.

Pool was warm. Rooms were nice. Location and view was beautiful.

The good restaurants on property were only open for dinner. The breakfast and lunch restaurant called Harvest was terrible. Food was bad. The dining room was dated, worn out and filthy. The rest of the resort was beautiful.

The pool was my favorite! The staff around the pool was amazing. They brought us fresh towels, asked if we needed anything. Very friendly.

I had to have maintenance come to the room because the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The man knocked on the door and before I could walk across the room to open the door, he started opening the door! I’m glad I was dressed. I wasn’t too pleased with him. I did express to him that he could have waited a minute before assuming that no one was in the room. He just gave me a dumb look!

I booked my stay with Booking.com. The resort fee was supposed to be charged, however, they charged me $45 per night

We enjoyed a generously spacious one-bedroom studio at the Signia by Hilton hotel, offering comfort for us and our two children. Breakfast was delightful, and the pool with its slide brought joy to the kids. The hotel's proximity to parks and transportation was convenient.

However, the housekeeping services fell short of expectations and require improvement. Unfortunately, the hotel proved to be noisy and bustling due to numerous conferences, making it unsuitable for those seeking relaxation. Additionally, the bathroom is in need of rejuvenation.

Room service was great! The spa was absolutely phenomenal.

Not enough floaties was available for customers for the lazy river.

The charges, we pay all the fees in booking and at the hotel we pay 45 dólares more per day from hotel extras fees (so be careful) and 35 or 48 dólares for parking every day.
