Localização. Espaço de quarto e banheiro.
Cafe da manhã burocrático. Poucas frutas e ausência de maquina de cafe. Tem que pedir aos garçons que não conseguem atender com rapidez. Quando chega depois de mais de 10 minutos ja esta frio. Mesas de cafe sem limpeza e lugares suficientes. Quando chega tem que sentar e esperar que limpem e tragam louças limpas. Merece melhorias.

Excellent location, very nice view from the balcony. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but nearby are many places for breakfast and coffee.
Staff in the hotel is very nice, quick, kind, helpful.
Kids (teenagers) were vary satisfied with the gym.

Everything. We LOVED this place. The on-request breakfasts, the large family room with two large beds, and the L’Occitane toiletries were excellent. But, what really was terrific was the service. We used the concierge service to book tours, and also the team at breakfast remembered our coffee orders and the children’s hot chocolate and pancake orders – promptly served them to our table each day. Best way to start each day.
A room with a view would have made it even better.

Great location and highly recommend for base in Sofia. Awesome bed and shower and lovely breakfast!
Check out was a bit long and awkward! The hotel key card had timed out before we had checked out and we couldn’t get our bags out which made us 15 minutes late. but a minor issue… as everything else was seamless

Very nice hotel. Located very close to the Alexander Nevsky cathedral and around 1km from vitosha boulevard.
Rooms are very comfortable and quite large. Breakfast is good - they let you order on top of the buffet things like omelet or pancakes etc. Used their spa - not cheap but probably one of the better and professional I came across in hotels.
In the hotel area there are quite few very nice restaurants, from high end and expensive to simple and cheap. So, lots of options and including nice bars and pubs.
Nothing really bad to say. Only thing - if you want to focus on Vitosha area you might prefer closer hotel (in case 1km is too far for you).
