The apartment was clean, the checking in was quite easy, because the host provided us with all the necessary information. The host took care of all our worries fast, and was very friendly. The location was also excellent. Many public transportation options available around the apartment.

First i'll say we were grateful that the host provided us with a garage for our car. But we found it a bit too far.

A small and accomodating home away from home

Location

The apartment has two small bedrooms and a sofa bed in a corner next to the kitchenette. All in all it is a tight place with the exception of the bathroom which is comparatively spacious. The kitchenette is tiny, though fully equipped for a short stay. There is a toilet upstairs but without a sink, so really only the toilet; you'll have to walk downstairs to wash, which is unusual but not a demerit. The apartment is on the first floor with a backyard view which featured a construction site the time we were there. The address is easily reached by tram with the stop 2 minutes away. The neighborhood is lively; there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes and bakeries in walking distance. The host communicates solely by messenger but reacts promptly and is friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable, easy to access, close to a tram stop and a U-Bahn stop. Includes all the amenities. High ceilings add to the attraction of this elegant apartment.

It is a nice apartment, clean in a good location, where you can easily reach all the Vienna sights with public transport. Host was helpful.

Good place, clean, tidy, good communication with the host. Parking space good. Not far from the metro, so the center of Vienna can be reached quickly.

The instructions on using the heating (increasing and decreasing the temperature) should be more precise, as well as a more precise explanation for entering the garage with a card, so that there is no confusion like with us when entering and paying. We would definitely come back again

Apartment is clean, bright, nicely furnished and decorated. It is well maintained and fully equipped. Owner is very friendly and responsive. Apartment comes with a free parking. In our case, due to car length, we used the nearby garage house. We enjoyed our stay, would like to visit them again.

Very nice apartment in a quiet street. Nice and cosy, plenty of space, nice rooms up the stairs, and super comfy bathroom. Everything was well explained and organised! I would definitely come back. The cleanliness is exemplary, bravo for that.

The only thing is a building being constructed just next to the apartments, but there's nothing the owner can do about it.

Very clean, pleasant and cozy place! Stylish design, availability of everything necessary in the apartment: dishes, iron, coffee machine, many coffee capsules. We vacationed in January, so it was very important that the room was very warm! Separately, I would like to thank the owner for the free upgrade of the apartment category! We hope to come again to this warm place!

Location, value, big space, modern look.

Only hot water in shower. Couldn’t control heat. Rooms were also always hot or cold. Heater in bathroom is broken. Overall nice but pictures made it seem a lot nicer than it was. Nothing you can control but construction very loud. Most of this is easily fixed so looking forward to next time.

Our second time staying here... Very quiet location, extra clean apartment, extremely polite owner, free parking... Ottakring metro station ( U3 line ) is 5 minutes walking from the apartment...Across the street there is a restaurant who serves a lot of local dishes...A Billa supermarket is 2 minutes walking from the apartment... Honestly, we will not be booking elsewhere when we will be visiting Vienna...This is the best place...

Nothing to complain about

it was very clean, spacious, warm.

the towels were very hard and the small towels were missing. the kitchen was well equipped but a little salt and oil would have helped.
