The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Nothing was missing and next day the room was again clean and in perfect condition! Breakfast was pretty good and the staff very nice and helpful.

rats outside. dirty sweets on my pillows. and no air con. tiny little heater to heat the room in minus 8 temps

Bed for the children, we needed two singles beds. My son is 11 years old and my daughter is 7 it was not appropriate For them to share but it was only for one night.

The lady on Reception was very polite and helpful - the room itself was lovely and clean as indeed was the bathroom and shower - the breakfast was nicely prepared and was more than adequate

Great breakfast, like the coffee particularly. Wide provision of breakfast items- starter drinks like apple, orange & water; fresh & appealing scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, bread varieties, etc; cereals, etc.

Double rooms with twin beds okay, but double rooms with supposedly king beds not okay as the beds are smaller/narrower and looks like Queen-bed, rather than King-Bed. The expansive bed in the double room helps to create an opulence feel.

Breakfast was sufficient. The location of the hotel is ideal for the traveler. Easy to access and close to the motorway but no traffic noise. Room very quiet.

Liked the breakfast, although it was a bit chaotic. I know it was busy but we were directed to a table and then later found out another party was sitting there, even though they were one a single person and we were a family of 5 at a 4 seater table

Room was passable, but needed another chair to sit on in the room. The bed was like a hammock so we always rolled to the middle of the bed which made sleeping uncomfortable. The second room had no working airconditioner

I have no problem with pets in hotels although maybe you should think about having rooms in one Area so all pets in one place I had 3 disturbed nights with Incessant barking and doors slamming to take dogs out I'm just recovering from an operation and wanted rest sad to say this did not happen

Everything was great for us. We were very busy ourselves as we were at an event with the children and we were in and out of hotel numerous times during our stay. The rooms were close together which help a lot. The staff were very helpful with directions as we didn't know the area and even though the competition was only 20 minutes from hotel we had a lot of back and fort. Breakfast was great, rooms very comfortable and quite.

Car parking some evening wasn't available so we parked at McDonalds.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was busy, but the lady explained what was happening and was happy to supply additional tea bags and help my daughter.

The bed was like lying on a block of wood. I had to get up several times during the night as my hips were in such pain.
