Excellent location. Very large room . Nice comfy bed

Bathroom in need of updating . The shower was either hot , hot or hotter ! No bar open during our stay . The English breakfast was very poor and appeared to be cooked in the microwave. No orange juice included in the price . For an extra 10 pounds each I certainly would not recommend it . At 140 per night I feel breakfast should be included .

Great location. Easy access to the town and attractions. Couple of minutes walk from the train station. Comfortable bed. Nice Room.

Disappointed no staff on premises. Checking in done via phone and key lock. When checking out again no staff to talk to And say thank you.

The room and bed was very big and comfortable. Bathroom was a good size.

The decor was a bit outdated and there was a big crack down the wall and damp on the ceiling.

Continental breakfast was included but a little early so didn’t get up to sample it 7.30-9am Very central position everything within easy walking distance.

family room was huge, breakfast very good, very close to the castle and town centre, on-site parking which was handy

We have been to the castle limes a few times before and always enjoyed staying there, it is in an excellent location, the building is lovely. The room we stayed in, number 9 was the best one ever, a lovely room. The decor in the hotel is very nice and it is well maintained. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.

Just 2 things. I emailed the property 2 days before and asked for an iron and ironing board to be in the room when we arrived, and they weren't there, but that was soon remedied, my partner went downstairs to collect them. The second thing was a real pain, no WiFi for the whole of our stay, and as I hardly had any data on my phone it was a real nuisance when it came to booking any activities online for our stay in Warwick. Overall our stay was great but the WiFi issue is the reason I didn't give 5 stars.

The hotel is well located, offering comfortable accommodation. The staff are friendly. The continental breakfast is perfectly adequate.

Our en-suite shower room was in need of refurbishment. It was clean but there was a loose floor tile and the shower enclosure had mould in the grout and around the tray.

Location is excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was lovely and warm which was a bonus as the weather is extremely cold at the moment.

The bed was our only complaint, it was far too hard for us, but you can’t please everyone I know.

Location was good in terms of walking distance to both the local hospital and the town centre. The room was also clean and well soundproofed from the traffic outside.

It’s soul-less ! Upon arrival I could not enter as the front door was locked. I had to phone a mobile number (of a caretaker I presume - he didn’t say) who instructed me to obtain my key from one of several key-safes on the wall, which finally allowed entry. I met nobody. There was more life in the local cemetery than in this place. While the room was quite and well sound-proofed from the outside traffic, I was unable to open the window, so the room became very stuffy during the night.

the location is great for Warwick centre, 2min walk into town & about an 8min walk to the castle which was the primary reason for our visit. This was our second visit & both times the room sizes have been spacious, clean & well equipped. We managed to park at the hotel this time. Continental breakfast was provided with our stay & this was as expected, nice & everything catered for.

Our shower did not run any cold water as the fixing was stuck, noone readily available on reception without ringing & due to only a 1-night stay, this was not able to be fixed during our stay. We were staying with friends in an alternate room so used their shower. We encountered noise from the room next door this time, previous visit noise was not an issue at all but we were in a separate part of the hotel. I did report this as it was loud & constant at 2am and it was resolved, but it did spoil our nights’ sleep.
