Kitchen & Bathrooms were in dire need of renewing.

Ideal location, plenty of space and the facilities such as free wi-fi.
All good, but for a couple of things - rental price was high enough for parking space to surely be included rather than having to pay extra - and apartment missing one or two important features, such as tea towel(s) and spare toilet rolls (in the case of the latter, we bought our own once the first two rolls had been used). Also, strange that, of our seven-night stay, the main access gate was open for the first five nights but closed for final two (gated development or not?)

Good location for local supermarket and motorway access. The Romanian cleaning ladies deserve a special mention for their efficiency, politeness and helpfulness.
£2,300 was for 30 days is excessive. Even a resident in the block, together with various friends, including one who is involved in lettings in another part of the country thought it excessive.
Additionally, putting up notices stating an excess charge (without any accurate definition), could be made, together with one or two other statements, would be acting in retrospect by hinting modifications to the contract could be made . Not really legal ? One or two other comments on notices stuck on the kitchen wall is not being a very welcoming manner for greeting incoming residents.

Good space, comfortable bed, good facilities in kitchen. Positioning relation to Warwick Town very good.
Shortage of toilet paper, no hairdryer, internet problems for first days. Bedroom window right next to entrance of block next door which was very loud over weekend. Coffee press would have been nice. Care needed with hot water in shower went from col to scalding very quickly.

Location - within walking distance of Sainsbury's, town centre and the Castle.
Apartment was very thoroughly cleaned.
Allocated parking right outside apartment entrance.
Dishwasher didn't work and sadly wasn't fixed during our stay.
Kitchen was lacking in many respects - no tea towel, no oven gloves, no scissors, no jug, no tongs, no baking trays, all saucepans were scratched, only 3 dinner plates, "sharp" knives weren't sharp.
Water temperature in shower kept fluctuating between cold and scalding hot.

Useful location, close to town centre. Parking on site. Kitchen has all appliances needed. Easy self check in.
Misleading communication about having to pay for parking but cleared up when I called. Both apartments were freezing when I moved in and had to move apartment due to leak likely caused by frozen pipes but thankfully I was given a more comfortable apartment to stay in for the remainder of the stay. Bed sheets were too small.

The main pros of this property is Location, cleanliness and equipped kitchen. You no need to buy anything for cooking. Also, there is a nearby Sainsburys (5 min walk) and bus stop to Lemington Spa (3 mins walk). This property is owned by Coventry homes and they are fantastic.
There is no elevator. So, if you stay in top floor with heavy luggage, it's bit tough to carry those. Apart from this, it's fantastic property to stay.
