Called and was told rooms would be together. Got there, and were on different floors!! The chap at reception did his best, moved us and we were down different ends of the same corridor. He improved things by his attitude. It was a special birthday celebration.
We liked all the staff (apart from who didnt do it right), so friendly, loved the breakfasts, the rooms, big tv, beds. the location was fab. We all said we'll be coming back here!
Our promised instruction not being fulfilled. I phoned specifically to double check a few days before. It didnt make a great start and I felt let down.

Ideal location for theatre.
There was mould in both rooms. There was no mini fridge in one room. The twin room beds were too soft so not a very good nights sleep.

Very welcoming pleasant receptionist and helpful staff. My daughter and I had a twin room - 615 - which was very quiet. Room and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed, certainly for a one-night stay.
Good location, easy to find from Holborn Underground station.
For London, the price we paid - including extremely good breakfast - was excellent value for money.

The tea/coffee/biscuits options in the room were okay but a more premium brand of instant coffee would be preferable.

Vi havde forskellige ting på værelserne. Så ikke alle havde køleskab og balsam i badet.

Good location, and the hop on hop off tourist bus stops right outside. Room was a decent size and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff are amazing. friendly and efficient. Breakfast excellent . Location is great very close to British Museum . easy access to trains tube and buses. Russell Square gardens 50 yds away . Great Indian restaurant 25 yds away -The Chambeli
There is currently no restaurant for lunch or dinner . There are plenty of restaurants very close however of all sorts to eat in so not a problem

Breakfast was excellent with a full range of continental and cooked breakfast items on offer. Although I was very disappointed to find that while the coffee was freshly ground, I had to ask for the decaff and was given sachets - not what I wanted, or expected from this venue.
The room and bed was comfortable, clean and spacious.
Staff were friendly.
Decaff coffee at breakfast, available only in sachets was very disappointing. Especially as fresh coffee was available for other guests.
It may seem like a small thing but it feels like discrimination - especially as I have no choice but to avoid caffeine.

Good location between Russell Square and Holborn. On the day we checked in, tech issues meant the entire system was down but the manager/staff had prepared beforehand so we could check in quickly - great thinking! Staff were friendly.
Wifi in the room was decent but not strong enough for calls or videos. No conditioner was provided in the shower. The single lift was a bit slow so without bags, it is quicker to just take the stairs. The "down" button on the fourth/fifth floor lobby did not work consistently.

the bed was uncomfortable, it felt like you were going to fall out. the room was tiny with hardly any space at the end of the bed. Although advertised as opening, the bar remained closed.

Great location, the lobby was bright, elegant and clean, staff member was very polite, helpful and professional. The room although cosy as expected in London, was clean and had all the necessary items.
The toilet seat was loose, the carpets look tired and a little dated and sadly the bar was closed for the weekend.
