The location is great. Handy little 10 kin walk to the hospital and Riccarton is just around the corner. The motel was quiet, bed was comfy, lovely comfy lounge suite. I cant fault the apartment and hosts. Very quiet between units.

Because it was close to the intersection traffic lights, there were a lot of sirens throughout the night. It's not a fault of the motel, just city traffic. We're from rural Westport so we aren't used to traffic. Apart from that it was very quiet.

Really clean, functional, comfortable and great value

We were totally satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to return. Motel owners were exceptionally nice and accommodating in answering any queries we had.

There was nothing to criticise!

Very spacious room with a good kitchenette. Kind host, laundry facilities and car parking. A good location for the beautiful park.

It is a little old and the soundproofing is not good.

A wee bit noisy but ear plugs were left in room not that i needed them.

Late arrival to a warm room was a nice start to our trip. Easy access to airport and city made getting around simple. A comfortable bed and a just right pillow allowed for a restful night.

The shower water was sometimes too cold. The toilet didn’t always flush clean in one go.
