I was there for a residential week at Inverness University, and the location was ideal. As I was there by myself, it was nice to have a self-contained apartment where amenities like cooking facilities gave me flexibility and meant I didn't have to dine out every night. The unit has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and easy stay, with a good check-in and out system. Would definitely recommend this place to both couples and single travellers.

Bit of a walk to city center as not as direct as thought it would be and no local busses due to driver shortages or so we were told at bus station. Taxi each way is approx £10

The host was very friendly and helpful, made us feel at home. She responded immediately to a few issues that popped up when we got there with the TV and had some helpful suggestions re stores and getting around. Tbe location was great, a bit more suburburban than we usually do but easily walkable to where we wanted to go. Even the neighbours were friendly, helping with suggestions regarding where to jog, etc. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked for utensils, pots, plates and appliances. The neighbourhood felt very safe and family oriented.

The bed mattress was a bit too soft for our liking and it felt like we would fall off the side if we rolled too close as the side was very soft and giving. Bathroom towels were quite well used, though serviceable and there were no basic bathroom products such as soap for the shower. Minor things that did not take away from our enjoying our stay.

Comfortable, clean. Everything we needed in a compact and well designed space. Pleasant and quiet setting. Nice decor. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful owner.

Although we still love the idea of a small compact room at the top of a wooden staircase, for older people, the steps seemed a little narrow for carrying cases/bags and the hand rail didn't feel solid enough. Not so much a dislike as an observation.

The hosts provided all the information we needed and were very helpful - we didn't need to contact them while there. The property is small but was fine for the two of us for a weekend. It is well kitted out and had everything we needed. It is close enough to town to get a taxi in. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

There are some small cosmetic signs of wear and tear, and the property wasn't quite spotless - but these are very minor points and we were very happy with our stay.

Nice quiet location. Location was good with everything just a short drive away. Everything was clean and the facilities were great.
