An artfully decorated, quiet space in nature located at the heart of Tagaytay City, this is a good base for visitors to Skyranch, Taal Vista, and Mahogany Market. The living area, kitchen, and bedrooms are well-appointed. Our family from age 6 to our great-grandmother who uses a mobility device safely enjoyed our stay at the property.

1. with a big group, outlets have always been a problem, but not here. outlets were conveniently located where we stayed at 2. house layout

bathroom drains needs be checked to ensure that there is no water build each time someone takes a shower. this is very important for big groups as there is limited time to wait for all the water to be drained.

there was no breakfast but we have all the things we need from microwave to ref, to electric stove, plus the utensils are also provided. but its fine coz we had an early schedule and we already packed easy breakfast like bread, noodles.

there were ants in the kitchen area but we really don't mind. its nice to stay in the patio coz the ambiance is good and the air is fresh but have to be careful with mosquitoes at night. probably lighting an incense will do the trick.

airconditioning is effective but loud

the peaceful ambiance, love for nature, cleanliness and the security of the place. They offer Samgyeopsal set.

The airconditioning units in both bedroom need upgrading. the water is dripping. Also the livingroom/dining area has no airconditioning unit. make sure you bring food, ingredients so you won’t have to go out to buy at the grocery.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The host quickly responded to all of our enquiries before we checked in and even during our stay. The space is perfect for a large family such as ours. We also appreciated that we were able to prepare meals ourselves in the property. The house had a whole range of appliances, flatware, glasses, etc. Definitely a great place to stay. :)

the staffs, the clean and cozy place

no signage on the main road, but the staff was very helpful in guiding us to locate the property.

Very friendly and courteous staffs. Great place to stay especially if you’re a big family. Nice readily available samgyupsal set for barbecue within the residence.

Water pressure on the bathroom shower is a bit low especially if both bathrooms are simultaneously used.

We love our whole stay in this place.

1) Great place. Kitchenware and utensils are complete. You can request kitchen towels to dry kitchen utensils. 2) Property is clean. The aesthetic of the house is a plus. 3) Water heater works well. 4) I love the high ceiling. 5) Guests can barbeque. Just bring your own charcoal and some paper to lit the fire. 6) The beds are great. 7) Room size is good. Its not cramp.

Location is good only for guests with their own vehicles. But you can use waze. Wish there are closets in each room. Overall it was a great stay and experience.

It was big, clean, and comfortable. We were able to sleep comfortably with the max # of pax recommended (at 7). We had access to Netflix on the TV in the room. There’s an area outside where you can stay and chill. The facility was fully booked but we didn’t feel crowded, which is good for social distancing. Amenities were sufficient. Parking was private. Convenient location.

The internet signal was weak.
