24 hr reception and a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel even though it was 01:30am in the morning. Super quick pickup and very nice staff.
Lovely room. Clean and tidy. Very nice.

I booked at a moments notice and stayed 1 night. Room was comfy though the bathroom was a bit 'tired'. Kitchen facilities were good. Shuttle was excellent to the airport and it was only 5 minutes away so location from airport was perfect.
TV was hard to navigate.

Location was great for the golf course and near the park.
We chose this hotel as we have stayed here twice before.
Room 827 double bed was so uncomfortable. The springs must be gone in the middle as it felt like my husband and I were both rolling into the middle. We have stayed here twice before in different rooms and the beds were great so this was dissapointing.

We love it’s proximity to Chch Airport and cheap car storage while overseas. It’s so reasonable. The bed is really comfy and it’s great to have a full kitchen.
Their restaurant boasts the best ribeye steaks I’ve ever tasted - so tender!!!
We love it and keep returning.

The convenience of having the shuttle was important to us as we got in close to midnight. The driver was friendly and motel had already sorted out check in so we were dropped at our door.

Location was great for late night flight arrival. Parking was plenty. Bathroom was large. What you expect for airport motel.
Minor point, door to bedroom hits the bed making it a bit awkward to get around it.

Taking $150.00 off us as well as the $180.00 for the room, we still haven’t received the $150.00 back.

The room was very clean and the balcony was a pleasant add. This was nice to see as the hallway was not very impressive. In fact, I was a little apprehensive as it appeared quite rundown and neglected.
The location was far from any attractions and most bus services ran every 30 or 45 minutes to and from any attractions. Without renting a car it was difficult to get to any attractions. Taxis and Uber rides were pricey.

The staff were amazing, the 24hr shuttle was brilliant, the bed was very comfortable, great location, seafood chowder was delicious.
The pork at the restaurant was dry and too much sauce. The tv didn't work, but this was solved promptly and we were moved to a new room.
