It is very spacious and it has all the facilities, nice staff, nice location and very important for year 2020: they seriously and thoroughly implement COVID-19 health and protection measures, not fooling around like the others ;) ! (I am pretty sure a lot of venues brag about applying these measures but do apply them like most of the people wearing masks ... rather mocking about it)

Shower cabin is very small (especially if we consider the size of the entire space, it is clearly a bad choice to have the bathroom and therefore the shower cabin that small). When it comes to cleanliness I haven't marked exceptional because the sheets were rather clean but stains (might be because it is already autumn and maybe they switch them for each season ...).

Location, being close to the beach and restaurants, and the amount of space in the apartment. Lots of channels with English programmers and movies. Good wifi signal. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet location with no noise at night.

Lack of natural light and drying space for wet things. Small kitchen. No balcony or views. Basement apartment. Other apartments are probably fine for all the above.
