In general the facilities are over the base and the room was big. The place is quite and the landscape with the view to the mountain wonderful.
The breakfast was very poor. The room needs more cleanning especially bed and sheets.

The hotel had an area for massage, and the lady was perfect.
The view of the slopes is very lovely, and at night the sky is impressive, full of stars!
The swimming pool has mineral water and the pool istelf was clean.
The hotel staff informed us that it is a 2-star hotel and they do not take pride in offering high standards. They have no such target as more stars or satisfied clients.
There are many topics, and some are:
- I was stolen from my travel bag, my bathrobe that was never found and returned to me. The robes of the hotel are damaged, stained, and worn out.
- breakfast is horrible; nothing to eat. On the third morning, they had no eggs, no vegetables, no fruits, nothing. Just one type of cheese, sausages, salami, porridge, bread, jam and butter. Once we decided to ask our breakfast "to go" it was better because at least they put a piece of cucumber and a small orange, and a relatively good sandwich in for each: otherwise, they would have handed out simple bread. :))
- during the week, the restaurant was not supplied; there was nothing to eat in the evenings, no fish, nothing. They handed out the menu and then had "no" for most of the meals.
- the beer was never cold enough (probably they save on energy).
- the swimming pool: the staff does not impose rules to the customers to wear the swimming cap, to shower before entering the pool. The furniture around the pool was white plastic, old and dusty.
- There was a group of kids, one threw up in the hallway in the evening and there was nobody to clean until the very next morning! They were playing in the elevator and causing it to go up and down.
- do not ask for "mini pizza" at their restaurant, it is dough with ketchup, slices of salami and cheese.
- the staff has no training in dealing with difficult customers and they can get nervous and disaster will be just a shout away.
- customers smoke at the entrance of the hotel, making it to smell bad.
- the windows were dirty, dusty and there were may flies in the room.

The breakfast was decently cooked and had enough to choose from. Most of all I enjoyed the fact that they had real butter and proper sausages.
The road to the hotel is a dirt road. They could invest in a bit of asphalt. Also, the fan in the bathroom was not working. The air vent on itself was open however.

Nice nature and good size of rooms.
The breakfast was disgusting. Low quality of products and bad preparation of unfrozen staff. No fruits except some apples during 1 out of 3 days. No site staff on reception most of the time.No site staff at all around pool at all the time.Lack of safeguard.Cleaning with a lot of chlorine chemicals.Noisy site staff. Cutting the grass with high noise just when people are around the outdoor pool.Overall bad quality.Kitchen of apartment with no accessories except two water glasses.

the restaurant was not good
7.0 / 10.0
The staff was very kind and helpful. the food on the menu was well made. The sauna and steam bath are pleasant. The pools have a nice different temperature. The room was wide and quiet. There are good massages.I think the price almost matches the quality
The location of the hotel is 4 km from Banya. Breakfast was very scarce with not many quality products. There is no relaxation room. The facilities start very late and at 10:30 the sauna is still cold.

Size of the room was good
SPA we too small
Breakfast were poor
It was too expensive to the staff
6.0 / 10.0
Poor breakfast, too late.. It is impossible to catch the ski gondola. Awful coffee that is included into the breakfast, bad ham and cheese. With 2 words the cheapest products with saving from everything.
Bad spa complex. No ventilation. When you are sitting it like you are under the rain. Restaurant doesn`t has anything special for this region. Room was warm, but everywhere outside was cold. The breakfast was poor and way too late. It has to be earlier 8:00 for ski resort is impossible to be 1st on the slopes.

Low price
Gentle staff and good cuisine

Three things were good, but not enough to compensate - the view, the staff (they were really nice, even the cleaning lady and they called for a forgotten stuff we had) and the large green meddow they had.
TERRIBLE food, only one of the internal pools (the topilo) is warm enough, the rest are cool and the outside one was cold, the steam bath and sauna never worked (even within their stated "working time"), the room was awful - old, dirty and cold, as there was no chance for light to get in (small windows with some stickers to additonally block the light), the bed was very uncomfortable, the lamps above the bed were like a hospital ones. The equipment was very cheap, basic, ancient and dirty. It was an absurdly law value for the money requested, that's why I had to cancel our 2nd night. Would never return, even if it was for free.

The view was really phenomenal, best view ever in this part of the country
Pool facilities were not working properly and on the last day -Sunday- they said that the sauna will be switched on only upon request. Really - there were a lot of guests. Nobody at the reception. No room cleaning. Savings on everything except on the space. Restaurant was ok, breakfast was good

The breakfast was not bad. The rooms were clean and quite big.
I booked the hotel because it advertised outdoor warm mineral water pool. It was not working, the water was cool. The indoor pool (topilo) was very durty, with ants around. It is far away from the village Banja.

Staff were pleasant and quick to help. Sauna and steam bath small but fit for purpose. Breakfast was reasonable given the current COVID guidelines. Massage was very good. Outside pool looked nice but was out of use because of the wind.
Room was poorly laid out. Lots of wasted space. Two very old wooden single beds pushed together with a large gap that squeaked terribly with every minor movement. Toilet didn't flush properly and the shower leaked.
Pool area was dirty, water had ants and dirt, tiles were mouldy in some parts. Jacuzzi didn't work.
