Excellent location and good proximity to two bakery/breakfast spots. The proximity to public transport and services was very handy. We stayed here a few years ago, and it's wonderful to see that it's still an excellent place to stay with.

Great location. Walking distance to Kingston, Manuka and Foreshore.

Clean well maintained apartment. Jeanette, the manager was friendly and met us on arrival even though we arrived later than expected.

Perfect central location and excellent home away from home.

This property was so close to the city, Kingston foreshore and most sightseeing places in Canberra. It was a short walking distance from a supermarket and a restaurant/cafe strip.

fan in bathroom didn’t work, lack of essentials (eg hand towels, washing detergent etc) didn’t like the construction next door starting 7am almost every morning.

Location in Kingston is great. Parking was very convenient also.

Walked it and nearly tripped on the carpet which was gathered up and coming away from the floor. Went to the bathroom and was met by a mound of pubic hair and other hair behind the toilet door. Looked as though the floor had never been mopped. Yellow stains etc on the tiles. Pretty ordinary. Cleaned up and went to have dinner. Tried to turn the light on over the table. No bulb in fixture. Put the kid to bed and thought we might watch the tv in the bedroom. No good. Used the remote didn’t work and fell apart. Finally one split system in main area of apartment. Thermostats remaining on the wall in the bedrooms that didn’t work. Don’t really understand what’s doing here, really great spot but won’t be back in this apartment.

The location was good.

The apartment had not been aired and was smelling stale.The crockery was in poor quality. We got 4 towels(for 4 beds) 1 hand towel and no face towel.There was no tissue box and no kitchen paper etc. the vacuum was broken. The amenities on website mentioned all toiletries but we got gel, shampoo and conditioner for one bath-and 2 toilet rolls for entire stay.The vacuum was broken and for the 7 nights of our stay there were no replenishments or cleaning.
