The A/C in the room was damaged I think, even though it was at its lowest setting it was still hot and at times I was sweating.

Thank you for everything—All the Qube Hotel staff (specially Anjali and Bippin) were amazing. And with the GM of the property Habeeb overlooking our every needs, we really appreciate the help and level of service we received with every request and interaction. Would highly recommend this place .

Breakfast was't free but good...........Very good staff clam and quite stay good location

I I first booked directly in the morning n I was given a confirmation by a lady of the booking via what's app n also was promised room on ground floor since my aunt is 80 yrs old. At night around 9 pm I get a call saying that the room has been given to someone else by the MD to a person who booked online and so there are no rooms left. He said he would try but not promise another room but said the flush is not working n so we don't letn v will rectify it. N give u the room and in the same breathe he's said its the handshower. I asked him how he did not know the difference between both. He was to call me back but he did not nor respond to.my calls. send messGe saying cancel Tension time since it was nearing 10pm n I could not get a room anywhere else. When I logged in thru the booking .com site I managed to get a room , when he was saying that none are available. Imagine if someone who is new to the city, they would have had a harrowing experience. Morning when we came to check the receptionist was behaving as if there was no booking. We were given a water bottle in the evening when we asked for it . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of this behavior of the staff and the treatment and their way of managing prior bookings .

Room size was very small, property provides no amenities like tissue, water, toilet papper, conditioner. Service staff were drunkards , . Tv which is not working. Most important , service boy came to room and he was drunk. Really irresponsible

The room is in very worst condition. No fan. Ac is not working. The only one person who is available as a receptionist is very reluctant. He did not mind to serve us. No towel. TV is not working.no mug in the bathroom. Un cleaned bucket kept in the room. It's very worst experience I ever had with this booking
