the beautiful pool
had no hot water

Everything! It was perfect.
that there wasn’t a tv in the bedroom and wifi was so slow!!!

pool was nice and apartment was very clean and decorated nice.
I probably wouldn’t get that unit again the pull bed was terrible. I went and bought an air mattress . laundry machines shook and were loud made it difficult to hear the tv. The water was off part of one day. The shower was either hot or scalding.

The apartment was on the third floor and faced the docks and the pool. The kitchen was perfect and had what we needed to cook, washer and dryer was definitely convenient and accommodated us. We were a 10-15 minute drive from North padre island state park and mustang island. There was a liquor store, cvs and La isla which had bomb breakfast burritos.
The door frame looked broken like the door had been kicked in at some point. Made us a little nervous so we had to put a door under the door knob for extra security. The shower doors were broken so we couldn’t shut them when showering.

My family greatly enjoyed the stay here at the property. The room was very clean and comfortable. My kids had a great time going to the beach down the road and even playing in the pool on property. The only downside if I had to list one would be that there is no ice on property. We did find a Valero across the road to get some ice so it worked out. Overall though it was a good stay.

Reasonable location, easy access.
Very very old mattresses both the bed and sleeping sofa. Bath tap came off the wall and dropped in the bathtub - only bathroom so no showering until fixed.
Team was efficient and fixed the issue within 3 hours.
Confirmation of booking through Vacasa was difficult and complicated: they required identification confirmation AFTER they withdrew full payment from my credit card….. never experienced that before…..

The people who rented the condo for Saturday were banging on our door at 9:30 am asking if we were still there. Very irritating. You should give out codes just before checkin.
