Very spacious apartment with lovely hosts , easy check inn. And close to all. Great stay with families an pets

Nice apartment in a good location for what we needed.

Needs a bit of tlc and cleaned better (lots of dust, hairs in beds, cobwebs all over the place).

On arrival there were many sacks of rubbish piled up beside the front door (admittedly from another property) so a very bad first impression. All the carpets on the stairs and first floor were very badly stained. The oven and grill were full of grease and had clearly not been cleaned for a while - my wife is on a specialist diet so we cook from fresh daily for all meals, we do not use a microwave. We paid £1,198.46 for 9 nights from 20/09 - 28/09 inclusive. Given the above, we only stayed the first night and then found somewhere else that met our expectations. On raising a complaint on the morning of 21/09, the host assured me the we would get a full refund for the 8 nights outstanding (circa £1,065.30). As of the 04/10, this sum has yet to be repaid to me.

Dedicated parking space.

Furniture and beds were old and not well maintained, as a consequence the stay was not very comfortable. Many of the windows did not open which made it difficult to moderate the temperature.

the space and having a full kitchen was great but need bigger breakfast bowls only one available. having free wifi was a god send and having the bedrooms upstairs was great. we could put our son down and sit downstairs and watch tv.

unfortunately the double bed wasn’t great, it was very uncomfortable and I woke up through the night in pain in my back and hips and was crippled in the mornings. if you sat on it it made a sound and it was noisy and rickety. no blind or curtain over velux window so had to use a towel to block out the light in the morning. towels for us could do with being bigger but that’s just a preference.

As a visitor from Ireland, commuting was a little bit hard from the area as we didn't have a car or any Taxi number.
