one the receptionist was very nasty. very rude. He should not work in customer service with this attitude.

The accommodation was very low it certainly was not a hotel more like a hostel not for me

The hotel was close to the airport. They gave me an adapter for my laptop power plug.

For a one night stay the property is a good choice. Room was clean, AC and charging ports were working. The place was near to the airport. Take T2 tram from airport, get down at nadot (second stop) and walk 500 meters and theres the property... Its pretty easy to find. My flight arrived pretty late in the night and i reached the property around midnight. The staff was there in the reception to receive. Finally the check in and out of property was smooth.

Mostly the stay was good but only two things bothered me. One the toilet was stinky. Second, there was a random guy ( i think he's working there) entered into my locked room. He apologized for entering but at the moment it was a bit awkward. I think he might be cataloguing the free rooms (he had a list in his hand). I would appreciate if the property come up with other way to catalogue the rooms and not by randomly entering in one.

Showers and toilet were dirty, place needs a good clean. Breakfast was poor, most of the bread was there a while.

The beds were comfortable. We absolutely loved the decor. The room was very clean. The location was very close to the airport and it has great transport nearby to get into other area of Toulouse with much ease

The shared bathroom facilities were shared with all the guests who were staying in the entire building. In our half of the building, there were two shower cubicles and two toilets. One toilet did not have toilet paper in the entire day we were there. Every toilet had to be wiped when I used it, as there was other people urine on the seat everytime. I decided not to shower despite buying a towel from reception. And the walls are kinda paper thin because even though we found it quite amusing, we could hear other people having sexual relations from down the hallway, and it echoed in surround sound.

The reception took from me extra 5.71€ as taxes seen that I already paid it included in booking, and they said that booking will refund me!

the wifi wasn’t working

It is relatively close to the airport.

It is not so close from amenities or the city or commercial centre. The bed had a confort mattress but the pillows was like a simple nothing inside the pillowcase. The breakfast is so poor, it is displayed (not served) too early in the morning 3.30am, and finish at 9am. To have any hot drink you need to ask it from the receptionist as the coffee machine works by payment and it needs a staff card for every drink you want. It is very expensive and doesn't offer a simple towell.
