A bit of music coming from the restaurant and disturbing occupants in rooms around the area

The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Ernest was quite friendly and picked and dropped me to and from JKIA and made my drive enjoyable.

The facilities need some updating Need to lower the volume of the music in the restaurant. Sometimes it would get loud

The breakfast was fine but largely African. Wifi was fine. Staff were pleasant. Location was great as it is close to International Organisations and a free bus shuttle was provided. The hotel was flexible to allow me to check out late.

I was arbitrarily charged and sanctioned for $40 for receiving a guest in my room for not longer than 2 hours. The guest did not spend the night. This is nowhere written in the hotel rules or anywhere. I was never informed during check in. I pleaded for this to be waived as I was unaware of this bizarre rule but the hotel declined. I tried in vain for 3 days to speak to the hotel Manager but he was unreachable. I asked booking.com to intervene but they simply directed me to resolve it with the hotel.

Location was perfect. Atmosphere at the hotel was nice, but it could use updating.

Window that couldnt completely close allowing mosquitoes in room. shower had a leak and water ran into toilet area. Breakfast from 6:30am to 10Am but you could show up at 8:45am and food would be gone and there was no restocking of food. Thete us no place to print documents. Beautiful facility, but really needs updating.
