L'ubicació si es vol visitar la Cité del Espace és perfecte! Te pàrquing i pots deixar allà al cotxe sense problema mentre fas la visita. Encara que arribis tard la recepció està oberta. Te un taula petiteta amb jocs perquè els nens s'entretinguin mentres acabes d'esmorzar. La TV que tenen les habitacions és gran.

Les habitacions estan velles, el wc tenia molta humitat, i la pintura es veia com podrida ho hi havia la dutxa. L'habitació és molt petita. Per 4 persones és molt molt molt molt justa. Les vistes no són maques. L'esmorzar és mot just, les truites no són gens bones.

Cheap hotel for a quick break while driving.

The location is well out of town and the hotel (as the name suggests) doesn't have an evening restaurant. That limits your choice to other hotels with restaurants for an evening meal.

The bed was big and comfortable. The room was clean and it has good heating system. We didn`t feel cold. Bathroom was okay and supplies (soap, shampoo, towels) were sufficient enough.

In the morning fire alarm was activated and we couldn't learn anything about it. They could have done an anounce to make people more calm.

The fact that it was a small hotel, smiley and helpful front desk, the breakfast was good

Nothing to say about what I didn’t like

The rooms are basic but the hot water, AC and wifi all functioned well, there's a coffee machine in the lobby, there were free croissants late morning/noon leftover from breakfast (and very good!) and most of the staff was really kind.

My main complaints are that they hadn't refilled the soap container in the bathroom so I asked for more soap and a maid seemed annoyed (??) and they need to learn to respect guests' wishes about not wanting to be disturbed. I'd already said I didn't want maids in the room, I put up a sign on the door (as there wasn't one in the room) and then a couple of days later, an employee threw away my sign without my permission and put up one of their Do Not Disturb signs...and yet a maid knocked and then entered into my room when I was in there (the "deadbolt" did nothing). And then another maid knocked on my door, asking if I wanted the room to be cleaned on the day I was leaving, while the Do Not Disturb sign was still up! This has not been the first time around here, but training staff properly really needs to be done. Coming into people's rooms without their permission is invasive and unprofessional.

Pet friendly. Parking area, easy check in.

The room were not prepared to receive pets. When asked for devices for food and water, was given a plastic recipient. Although paid 5 euros every day for the pet, there wasn't a bed for the pet. The shower swage was not working, was a flood inside the bathroom. Between each bath we needed wait about 20 minutes between shower, we were a family of 4!!!

Continue to work on improving comfort, especially the bed, thank you

Clean and friendly staff , great view of the Toulouse space center, near a massive park with kids play area.

Nothing apart from Parking availability.

Hated the place but since our accomdation that we had booked was cancelled had to book this as a last option. - The receptionist was unorganised, no information given such as parking information, wifi, etc. - Paid online but had to pay again due to hotel error delayed check in process to find out it has already been done. - The rooms were so bad and the toilet was so small and tight. The room being small meant there was just a bad smell. - There was not even basic items such as a bin or anything provided for the room. - The AC didn't work

too.far from the metro. even for the bus it only operates every 30 minutes.

Very good hotel people are friendly and we had a good time.. not far from everything and you have a good restaurant next to the hotel.. and some good sight seeing just in front...

The walls is very thin so some times you hear the neighbors or when some one is in front in the hallway
