Si vede che la struttura è gestita da una giovane ragazza dalle idee innovative. L’accoglienza è piacevole ci si sente davvero come a casa, nonostante il self check-in che ti da la possibilità di poter accedere già dalle 11. Al nostro arrivo alle 13 la camera era pronta, in autonomia siamo entrati e da subito abbiamo apprezzato la cura per il dettaglio. In camera c’è tutto l’occorrente a disposizione per il soggiorno, ho apprezzato molto la presenza delle ciabattine (difficilmente presenti), di cui avevo effettivamente bisogno. Sono poi presenti a disposizione cialde per il caffè, bustine per the, in quanto nell’area comune vi è la macchinetta, bollitore e cappuccinatore e biscottini. Vi è inoltre una particolare attenzione per la sostenibilità nel set da bagno fornito. La struttura l’ho trovata pulita, nuova e ben tenuta. Inoltre vi è ampia possibilità di parcheggio nelle strade adiacenti, altrimenti come viene segnalato anche qualche giorno prima dalla proprietaria, vi è anche possibilità di parcheggi custoditi. Vengono poi dati una serie di consigli su cosa visitare, dove mangiare ecc. Infine la posizione è perfetta, a due passi vi è l’entrata pedonale del centro e l’entrata per i sassi. Diciamo quindi che il prezzo in confronto ai servizi offerti è più che vantaggioso.

Bellissima struttura curata nei minimi dettagli, molto accogliente e pulita, nonostante non fosse inclusa la colazione c'è una carinissima saletta che è a disposizione con frigo, bollitore, tazze, macchina del caffè e dove ci hanno fatto trovare biscottini . La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere il centro in pochissimi minuti Top!

Al mattino abbiamo incontrato una signora dello staff che puliva molto seria e di poche parole quasi scocciata, alla quale abbiamo lasciato la tassa di soggiorno, diciamo che in tutto questo splendore di accoglienza può essere la nota stonata!

We loved our stay and this place. We never saw the owner and any member of staff but we felt very welcomed and we could feel they are lovely. There were a lot of very nice touches. Good parfumé in the bedroom, tea and coffee in the common areas, and even a welcome message!!! Loved it

The bathroom door does not close completely so you do not have total privacy (the person in the bedroom can hear everything).

The room was very very clean, in a great location close to the central station and to the old town and the online check-in was great. in addition the host was very helpful and provided useful information and tips for the area

I booked the room through booking.com where it is indicated that breakfast in the room is included. Unfortunately when I arrived there I discovered that there was no option for breakfast at the place.
