The location on Seil is wonderful. The cottage design and interior fittings are good. Everything was clean and comfortable with a modern kitchen and bathroom. We had No 3 cottage which has stunning views of the sea loch and surrounding hills but the outside sitting areas allow everyone access. You can walk straight up the hill and traverse the island in all directions from the front door. There is an excellent pub restaurant s short walk away. We enjoyed using the private shore front and pontoon area for fishing and just watching the changing nature of s tidal sea loch. Nick was a friendly and informative host and always available.

The internet and phone networks are weak and continually interrupted. However this is a general issue in remote areas of Scotland and the owners make this clear in the facilities page. The Scottish Government needs to get this sorted.

Fantastic location , cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed . The hosts Nick and Bette very helpful helping us out with walks etc lovely just wandering around the farm land , bbqs to use had the weather been better .lovely and relaxing stay on The Isle of Seil and will certainly go again .

This property and the hosts were exceptional. We stayed in the Bothy and loved our stay. The Covid precautions were excellent! The waterfront, the walks, the nearby accessibility to islands as well as Oban, and the hosts themselves made it a favourite of our trip to Scotland:)

Lovely cottage...comfortable and located in a great place. Great access to the water for kayaking. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Short drive to eating out, local shop and seeing the sites. Great views. Will.definitely be back!
