excellent location, easy to walk to all areas of nice. spacious and comfortable, good air conditioning in every room.

no overhead shower in main bathroom, just handheld over bath attachment. no mirrors in bedrooms. were asked for €600 security deposit which was taken from our account and has still not been refunded!

The hist was lovely stayed with us for @1 hour to help and answer questions. We also rang and texted him when we needed to and he was always responsive. The apartment was lovely and cool, nice linen and also little things like loo roll and dishwasher tablets were there.

This place is amazing! Right on the Promenade with a lovely view and it has everything. Very comfortable and close to what ever you're looking for be it shopping, dining, cocktails, or just a day at the beach. Now that I've found this place I will stay here every time.

Water in the shower is a little unpredictable from hot to cold, but can live with that because everything else was perfect!

Loved the apartment. Just as described and squeaky clean. Everything you need and more! Excellent location and a very kind and attentive host. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend Jeff's apartment.

Location of the apartment, size of the apartment, clean, facilities, kitchen equipment, balconies.

Furniture: chairs, sofa, bedside tables and wardrobe are either not comfortable or too old. Shower in the bedroom too small and hot water very difficult to regulate.

A great higher floor apartment in a superb location with kind welcome. The property is fully equiped and has a great value for money. If you are a group, this is the place to book.

The place was perfect

The location of the appartement is really good, just at the main boulevard of nice and with wonderful view to the sea. Public transport is available within walking distance (bus, tram and train station SNCF as well). All in all we had a wonderful stay during Christmas and New year.
