Apartment is perfectly located. Close to different buses and trains so you can easily get to many places without walking up and down (Lisbon is placed on 7 hills). There are nice restaurants close to the river and also in EX Factor area. Apartment is very clean and well equipped. It’s not loud even it is close to street as windows are very good.

The appartment was damp, there was mold in the washing machine and in bathroom.

It was clean, quiet, conveniently located and had a full kitchen and laundry. There was a grocery store right around the corner that had a great selection of ready made food plus a bakery and cafe. The host, Sara, was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure our stay was amazing.

The shower was small but we made do. We didn’t mind it.

Excellent location to explore lisbon ,very close to tx factory,trams buses etc.sara the host met on arrival showed us around ,explained the area which was very useful. Always on hand if we needed anything

A spacious apartment, with all the amenities you could need (including washing machine and dishwasher). The outdoor terrace is a nice place where you can eat or relax. The apartment is in a good location. Although not in the centre, you have easy access to it with bus/tram or even on foot (30 minutes walking to the start of the city centre). Three parking options are available nearby (street parking, outdoor enclosed parking, indoor parking). A rather large supermarket is located 5 minutes away from the apartment. The host was very friendly and provided us with helpful information regarding our stay in Lisbon.

The apartment did have a bit of an old building smell. Sometimes there is some noise coming from outside (street traffic, trains in the background and planes flying above), but during the night the noise isn't present as much, so it doesn't affect your sleep.

Good facilities and space for a family of four. Strong wifi connection. It is close to a supermarket and restaurants, including LX factory, and a train station. Sara was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

This home is the perfect combo of classic and new appointments; sleek modern kitchen and bathroom, cool transoms above the doors, antique wide plank floors, high ceilings, comfy beds and and oozing cuteness, without being overdone. The host, Sara, could not be nicer and was so accommodating in every way.

One note: location is busy, and can be noisy if the windows are open, so bring earplugs for better sleep.

It was warm, cozy and very good located for our activities.
