The overall experience was good. We are happy with the apartment and the facilities. The location was perfect. It was very central and near all the restaurants.
The communication with the host was difficult as there was no way to contact the host on a phone call. The rooms we were allotted were far away from each other. We should have been allotted 2 rooms next to each other as we were 2 families travelling together. The size of the 2 rooms was different and we should have been allocated the same size rooms. One room was big and the other small though we paid the same price for both rooms

It was a nice new apartment style room that would have been good for a couple. It was not suitable for three adults. It was close to the Chinatown metro stop.
We booked an apartment at this property because it said it could accomodate three people. It indicated it had a double bed and a futon. No sheets were provided for the sofa bed and so after arriving late, I spent the first night sleeping on the plastic cover. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as it had a metal bar across the middle. There were no thick blinds on the windows so it was hard to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge area past sunrise. A gift pack of detergent, sponge, 2 garbage bags and 2 coffee filters was provided but the apartment had only a pod coffee machine. I contacted Global Luxury Suites who provided bed sheets and an extra blanket the next day. But my chasing up bed linen should not have been necessary. I’ve also incurred a USD$90 unexpected extra charge for the online mandatory check in process prior to arriving because they have “eliminated their front desk”. When I queried the charge they told me to contact Booking.com. While the apartment was nice it wasn’t luxury and the lack of basic equipment and poor after stay service means I was disappointed with my stay.

I liked the in room laundry, bed was comfortable, kitchen was good BUT…
Kitchen was nice to have but, there wasn’t a baking dish. There were 2 little omelette pans but small. Wasn’t able to get anything to cook besides eggs and had to fry bacon in lil bitty pans. There was 1 towel, 1 wash rag so thankfully I could wash in the room.

Location
Stood outside for 20 minutes waiting for someone to let us in and then he said he said I have to go upstairs for a few minutes and then I will be back to get you checked in. We then set in the lobby for another 15 minutes before he came back and finally got the keys. We get to the room to find one window is completely off the window and we were exposed to all across in the next building as the bed was directly across from the window. After spending an hour trying to get this fixed, it was not fixed until the next day.

Good location close to Boston Common, a spacious and well-appointed apartment. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The apartment was beautifully designed and the kitchen was fully equipped.
The attention to detail was not there from a hospitality perspective. Our sofa bed did not have any linen (none available in the apartment and we had to wait for the next day for them- not ideal as we arrived late and our small children needed to sleep in it). We were not supplied enough towels and were also not provided the extra until the next day. The utensils were a little bit old and some not working well, the batteries were not working in the main TV controller so we could not use it. These are small details but point to a lack on attention and detail in maintaining and preparing the property for guests.

- When we got in (with hazzle) it was nice and good value for us (five, two nights).
- Perfect location close to several metros etc.
- When we came nobody opened for 15 mins, and they had mixed us up with another guest so it took some time to get the apt. and keys. Frustrating experiance.
- We had clearly booked for five but got informed that we would only get bed sheets for two persons. It was resolved but there is a lack of communication between what and when you book in Booking.com and what they understand.

Service. As advertised as a hotel, it should be easier to get service. It feels like more like an Airbnb. Maybe should advertise this way. So disconnected with it. Also, as pet friendly hotel, if there is charge, should have stated as we book it, not afterwards.

Shower caddy would have been perfect with older people it becomes difficult to bend down to pick up the toiletries.

The studio apartment was great. It had large windows and a lot of sunlight, a comfy bed, air conditioning, a nice bathroom and a nice kitchen. The location is fantastic, right in Chinatown and a short walk from Boston Common and the city center.
If you need to use the sofa bed, you'll have to push the coffee table out of the way and pull the sofa back towards the kitchen island, making everything very crammed.

The location was great...within walking distance of most things...the room was really nice and a good size.
We arrived a few hours later than expected (1130pm) due to flight delays and the doors were locked and nobody was on the 24hr concierge desk. We stood outside for 20 minutes trying to call someone, who then just called the desk that we could see was empty, and could hear the phone. Then the concierge turned up (from getting dinner) and let us in. She was very apologetic and really nice. From then it was a good stay.
The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable with a thin mattress and a steel bar across the middle but we made it work.

This company has rented a couple of apartments and sublets them via booking.com. Staff are remote and unhelpful. Building concierge was nice but not able to help much. Apartment was ok but cheap/mean attitude of company ruined what could have been a good experience
