Everything was in its place. It was a very quiet evening. It seemed that I was the only guest on the same floor.

Nothing.

Everything, amazing hotel in a central location with a stylish and well decorated interior. Staff were amazing and friendly throughout our stay .

Only thing I could possibly say I didn't enjoy was the pillows on the bed.

Location was superb, the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I particularly appreciated having a fridge in the room. The ATM in the lobby was another great addition being convenient and safe to use.

The bathroom door was poorly fitting-it was sliding and not anchored at the bottom and there was a gap of several inches which did not allow privacy when using the shower or toilet. The room rate was expensive considering there was no breakfast, but not an untypical cost for central Boston.

The Godfrey is now my go-to in Boston. I had two minor issues: one with a non-working coffee maker (it was TOTALLY working, I wasn't making it happen!) and an apparently lost wallet (not lost...family member grabbed it). Both instances were handled quickly, professionally and successfully. The staff at the Godfrey is exceptional.

The fusion restaurant in the lobby (didn't bother to clock the name)is a tad precious . We were looking for some nibbles around 5pm and and the Godfrey bartender suggested the place. The young women who were playing hostess were trying for an attitude they had obviously seen on SAC and failing miserably. They came off like mean middle schooler schoolers who didn't want to let us in to their "secret club". We were offered seats at the sushi bar.."the only thing available" (Not). We left. Disappointing.

Great central location,close to many of the main attractions. Large comfortable room, with fantastic bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great on-site coffee shop.

Stunning convenient great place to stay

Nice quality hotel

Great location. Room and bed were very nice. Only negative was the lack of a mini refrigerator.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no refrigerator  and only two pods of coffee for two people.

Comfortable bed, pillows and linens

The bathroom was a bit tight and the lighting could have been better.

Comfy beds, friendly and professional staff, physically connected to a George Howell cafe, and located a block from the RED line. Very close to restaurants, historical sites, and Boston Common and Public Garden.

Something very loud woke us up at 7 am on Monday morning (we overlooked West street). Maybe construction? It lasted for 30 minutes.

All staff were friendly and welcoming. Liked that the room was tended to daily. I like coming home to a nicely made bed and tidy space. Entire facility seemed clean. Good evening & good morning mats in the elevators were a nice touch. Nice bar in the lobby.

Coffee shop was nice but lattes were not very warm. Pastries were just ok but breakfast sandwich was very good.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly. The location is awesome.

The facilities in the room are not satisfied. The is no safe box. The door of the bathroom is sliding door. Very small room.

This was approximately our 10th stay at this hotel and every single stay has been perfect, from check in to departure. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Arbann and his valet staff are very helpful and kind upon arrival. The entire hotel staff, front desk to housekeeping, are professional and go out of their way to assist with any request. The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Location is perfect to go all over the city. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Boston.
