The kitchen and dining area was clean, the room was perfect for a group of 5 friends visiting Brussels to attend a concert. The location is extremely close to the train station where the Eurostar arrives.

There were some issues regarding noise from other guests, not enough to tell staff but something to be aware of. As a group of friends ourselves we understood group holidays can be a little louder.

Location is really nice just 5 minutes walk from the Brussels Midi Station and 15 min walk to the city center. Room was spacious enough with big bathroom. Room quality was also good.

The Check-in & Check-Out time. Check-in time is really late at 15:00 local time and checkout is too early at 10:00AM considering the late check-in. Plus if you arrive before Check-in time they have paid lockers. If someone has made a reservation to stay at the hotel there should be the provision to keep the luggage for free until the Check-in time rather than paying extra for lockers. If the Tariff would have been lesser we would have felt value for money. Coffee at the bar was expensive than what you get outside and it was served cold. Didn't feel like we were having a Cappuccino.

Our room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully organized upon our arrival. The room was incredibly roomy too! Despite arriving slightly earlier than our scheduled check-in time, the hotel had a room prepared for us, allowing us to check in seamlessly. Its convenient proximity to Gare du Midi and the fact that it had a subway station made navigating the city a breeze. We wholeheartedly endorse this hotel to fellow travelers, whether journeying for business or leisure.

Güneydeki tren garına 15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, konum olarak iyi sayılabilir.

Check-in saatine kadar valiz bırakabilceğiniz yer için dolaplar mevcut ve valiz kiralama ücreti alınıyor. Daha önce herhangi bir otelde bununla karşılaşmamıştım. Seyahatimiz boyunca diğer oteller erken almak için çaba gösterse de burada 15:000'dan önce almak için yardımcı olmadılar. Çift kişilik yatak yerine 2 tek kişilik yatak olduğu için pek rahat değildi.

La posizione è molto comoda per/da gli aeroporti e per visitare sia Bruxelles sia le altre belle città belghe. La struttura è semplice ma ha tutto quanto serve. Ottima la colazione e il personale è gentilissimo.

Nulla in particolare. Essendo vicino a una stazione alla sera la frequentazione non è delle migliori, ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.

The place was nice, modern, and clean with good facilities. Really close to the train station and also the airport bus.

Some of the staff were great, but we also experienced a fairly rude older gentleman when checking in late at night, besides that they were very helpful and friendly.

hospedagem muito boa, porém deveriam evoluir para cabines individuais ao invés de camas. Porém cama boa, excelente localização e a recepcionista muito simpática.

Prima kamer met prettige temperatuur en heerlijk bed. Ook het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ontbijt zaal is erg warm en klein. Tafels worden slecht schoongehouden. En het was er te druk, waardoor het ontbijtbuffet onvoldoende werd bijgehouden en er onvoldoende schone borden waren. De eerste dag functioneerde het koffieapparaat niet naar behoren. Kortom, regel je ontbijt ergens anders.

Hotel jest położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, 5 min pieszo od stacji MIDI.. Jest przytulny ,czysty ( sprzątany na życzenie ) ,komfortowy, ciepły oraz cichy. W łazience jest szampon ,żel pod prysznic ,mydło , chusteczki oraz udogodnienia dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Bardzo miła obsługa, kuchnia do dyspozycji dla każdego. Stały kontakt z klientem.

Jedyny minus jak dla mnie to niewygodna poduszka do spania .

Die Lage direkt am Gare du Midi ist ideal für Reisende mit dem Eurostar. Das Hotel hat eine moderne, frische Ausstrahlung, alles wirkt sauber und neu. Das Zimmer war groß, hell, ruhig und sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Gerne wieder beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Brüssel!

Tudo muito bom e prático, facilidade no checkin e no checkout. Quarto limpo e bem planejado. Banheiro ótimo. Cozinha compartilhada bem equipada.

It was really hot in the shared room… maybe a small individual fan would be a bonus? And I didn’t find any storage for my bag so I had to sleep with it

Big rooms, very convenient next to Central Station. Breakfast was Ok

Some times it gets very noisy at night because of the hostel on the upper floors. We have to complain with the front desk and they sent a security but the noise continue for a while

Could have more power plug in the lobby :) The second room I had, need to have a USB PORT plug change because it’s broken but there are other options so that’s ok

The hotel was close to the station. It had rooms available.

The checkin was too long. It was a middle of the night when we arrived (3:30am). There were 3 guys on the front desk, and 3 or 4 groups of people checking in. It took half an hour to process them all, so we only went to our room at 4am. Only 2 guys out of 3 were actually checking in people. And it was so slow.

the management, everything was well managed and any one can observe it. I like that.

well everything was OK .. as a Hotle , they just have to upgrade some breakfast level..

Instalaciones nuevas, merece la pena si vas a usar el tren o autobús al aeropuerto, está al lado de la estación, pero algo alejado del centro.

Algo caro para lo que es, mega hotel de habitaciones en serie.
