The breakfast was amazing James Jackie and team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect, lovely hospitality as soon as we walked in and greeted by James. Breakfast was fantastic and well organised Even a heads up on being able to potentially see dolphins from our room window which we very fortunately did on the first evening, which was just an extra icing on the cake! Would absolutely recommend!

The room with sea view is superb. Comfortable size room. Host are very friendly, perfect assistance for breakfast. Parking is free on the street.

Our room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very tasty, better than 4 star hotels! Good location, just cross the road and there's the beach. Walking distance to main attractions. Free parking just outside the house. James and Jackie are brilliant hosts, they're friendly and lovely. Other guests seem to enjoy the stay as well, good vibe in the guest house. It was our first time to Llandudno, the stay here brought us good memories. Look forward to coming back.

Very good location. Free parking on the promenade (outside the property). James was very welcoming when we arrived, Sarah was brilliant in looking after us, especially at breakfast time. Location is near the Little Orme, the pier is down the road, as is Great Orme, Bronze Age Mines and cable cars.

Great location, lovely room, the owners were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

Great location at the quieter end of the promenade. Good for parking. Very friendly staff who warmly greeted us on arrival and explained everything about the town and area. The breakfast was fabulous with so much choice. The whole guest house was clean and very well maintained. Our room was of a reasonable size with a very comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities. We were only there for a couple of days so didn’t bother having our room serviced, however, the lovely waitress/room maid ensured that we had adequate milk, teabags and biscuits for our stay. Would most definitely recommend and also hope to return.

Fabulous Victorian guest house. Great location with free parking outside on the street. Fantastic room with all the facilities you need. spotlessly clean and room serviced daily. The first hotel anywhere that provides enough milk for more than one drink in your room. the best breakfast I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Comfy bed and big room with fabulous sea views. Outstanding!

Very comfortable accommodation in a sea front location. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent provision for Covid safety, at owners expense in reduced capacity.

Location was good, lovely large room overlooked the bay. Breakfast was excellent. Staff attentive and always checked everything was okay. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

James, Jackie and Sarah were all very friendly and made us feel at home straight away. James had brilliant local knowledge that came in handy when planning each day. All COVID regulations observed and encouraged which made us feel really safe (masks to be worn in all public areas of the B&B, tables in the dining room spaced apart, ample hand sanitiser available, having the opportunity to have breakfast brought up to your room if desired). Lovely property in a beautiful location - being able to eat breakfast overlooking the beach was a bonus! The breakfast itself was delicious and stoked us up for each day. The bed was very comfortable and the room had lots of nice touches that added a sense of luxury. The location was perfect for us, about a 20-25 minute walk along the promenade to the centre of Llandudno. Easy enough to get in, but far enough out that you can escape the busy-ness of the town (we visited during peak summer holiday season). No designated car park, but we never had trouble finding a space close to the property and all the roads around the property are free to park on.

The location. It’s a little further out but was good for us. Nice flat walk in to the town.

The property was spotlessly clean and our room had an amazing sea view.

A little gem of a guest house! James & Jackie clearly put huge effort into making guests feel welcome & looked after. Spotlessly clean, lovely decor & fantastic breakfasts - right across from the beach for beautiful views & sunsets. Thank you both for a great stay & to Sarah! Will definitely return if we find ourselves in North Wales again.

The owners have taken every precautions for COVID which made us feel very safe. The location is actually perfect. On the promenade but away from the noise of the pier area.
