Massive queue for breakfast. Very difficult to get a space in car park. Completely overcrowded

Rooms were spotless, reception staff were lovely. The breakfast was great too. A nice easy stay with no frills, but worth what you pay for.

The staff was very commidating and helpful, When we arrived late evening and had tired and upset children. They checked us is very quickly to get us to our room. Breakfast was perfect with lots of choice

We have stayed here a few times and it's consistently good. Staff are lovely and always welcoming.

It’s suitable for why i was in Milton Keynes

No mobile signal in room and I requested to be moved as I needed my phone to work . Unfortunately the receptionist had no concept of a phone signal and thought having internet access was enough! The phone signal there is never good, but in 2nd room it was ok. I needed a phone to work as a phone incase of emergency at home. Also the external frame of shower and toilet areas although clean need refurbishment. Urine/ammonia smell around toilet.

Excellent customer service, value for money

Staff were friendly, room clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and plenty to choose from.

No where to put our clothes, no shelves or chest of drawers, no bedside drawer. there were places to hang jackets. This was very uncomfortable for two 85 year old couple living out of a suitcase. We did ask for a chest of drawers but was told all rooms were like that! We also had trouble with the TV remote, again asked for help but was not sorted, or have anyone come and see our problem? One other problem we had was parking, most times all the disable spots were full, sadly not all of them had the blue badge displayed. We had to park some distance away.

The location was good for us.

The bathroom was a bit shabby. The breakfast was not good. My husband is gluten free and he could only really have coffee. The staff, when I asked about gluten free did not seem very bothered. My husband just had coffee in the end. I expected gluten free beans, gluten free sausages etc, like most other hotels offer, even just a yogurt, but alas not to be. So I was disappointed as I asked about it before I booked, so was led to believe he would be catered for.

Great breakfast, clean and comfortable room

Noise from the bar, could hear conversations till the early hours of the morning. The corridor could do with doors to block some of the sound.

Breakfast was a disappointment, tables not cleared or cleaned, had to wait for around 15 minutes to get a fork to eat with, they don’t do eggs at breakfast.

Lovely staff, clean and good value. Comfy bed and welcoming to our dog.

Would be helpful if reception has a list of dog friendly pubs to get something to eat but we found somewhere close, helped we know the area.

Nothing- this was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in!

The double bed- one bed, one duvet cover was very uncomfortable- both of us rolled towards the middle what made sleep impossible. Loud hotel with people having rows late at night. Breakfast was disgusting- apart from cereals and toast and dry croissants there was nothing for continentals- no cheese or anything to put on your bread- apart from butter and marmelade. Coffee was so strong you couldn`t drink it and cafe latte (all coffees from a machine) was sweetish with an artificial taste. I picked up a mug from a tray with clean mugs, but my mug was used/dirty. In general the breakfast buffet and the tables were sticky and dirty. Never again!!!

Room clean and comfortable.. Shower cubicle leaked - reception advised. Emails prior to visit include Granola for breakfast but there was not any on display - but there was a good enough selection.

Loved the breakfast and free parking. Staff were very accommodating and always willing to answer questions and take an interest in what you had to say.

No problems that could not be sorted

Very good value. Thursday night 7th September 2023 including an all you can eat full English breakfast for two .... £80. A bargain for the area. It also had air conditioning (Minimum temperature 19C, more than enough) which was a must on one of the hottest weeks of the year.

Location slightly out of town but we can't change that.
