Nice room with plenty storage space, great en suite with nice hot shower. The breakfast was everything we could have hoped for ,great local produce ,the sausage and black pudding were delicious. Our hosts were very attentive and engaged in friendly conversation at every opportunity.

From first arriving to departing nothing was too much trouble for Nick and Patrick. Beautiful place, breakfast was excellent with an exceptional choice. Fresh milk in room every day and cold water available in fridge. Short and pleasant walk in to town. Would definately recommend. Hope to revisit.

Nick and Patrick made us feel very welcome, the breakfast was really nice. They upgraded us to a suit which was spacious and very comfortable. The decor of the b&b is really nice and tastefully done.
Nick was really helpful with their recommendations on where to eat and drink in Harrogate.
I would definitely recommend this place if you are wanting a nice weekend in Harrogate.

Bay tree house was simply amazing Patrick and Nick were so friendly and made my partner and I feel so welcome. The view was lovely from our room and the interior was gorgeous! Also the breakfast was brilliant.

The owners were fabulous, warm welcoming and caring. I felt really well looked after. Breakfasts were excellent and the hotel was beautiful. Reading in the garden was SO relaxing and an unexpected cup of tea made it perfect.

everything! it was clean, spacious, well decorated, food was excellent with local Produce! amazing hosts, everything we needed the did with a big smile! made us feel so welcome and like home.

The location is perfect. Peaceful but yet within walking distance of the town.
The bed was super comfy. One of the best we have slept in.
If we had to say something, it would be out and out nit picking.

Location... short walk to Harrogate centre. Spacious parking. Clean, comfortable room with adequate en-suite facilities and plenty of storage. Compact and comfortable space for me as a solo traveller. Excellent breakfast options and very good quality local produce and catering.
As with pretty much all Hotels (large and small) that I've ever stayed in the "neighbours" can be inconsiderate. Appreciate business visitors have timetables that conflicts with adjacent leisure lodgers. Not fair to voice this on a single hotel review but please respect your neighbours.

Large bed exceptionally comfy
Room was a very good size, lovely furniture and light and airy with a nice view, bathroom was large with a powerful shower

Breakfast was perfect In everything we ordered, all fresh produce and service far better than any hotel we have stayed, All facilities, room, bed so clean and lovely room, will stay again and would recommend this B&B as perfection, the owners are so obliging, thank you for making our stay perfect in every way.
