The location is right beside the main road. The room is far from the sound from the street and thankfully it was so quiet.

The security on middle shift during our arrival is not professional, he just let us park by ourselves and seems like didn’t care about us. The cleanliness of room need to be improved, especially in the toilet and closet. Remote control of AC and TV are not working. So please make sure every facilities are working well before you sell your room!

English needs to be improved

I like how the technology is being utilized by the property. The speed of the WiFi can be improved however currently, it’s decent for movie streaming in HD quality. The staff is helpful and courteous.

Staying here for almost once a week and the safe deposit box only worked when I was at the suite 508 (I couldn’t recall).

Closet and washstand looked horrible, must be changed to new ones. When we shower, the water pooled in the floor. Uncomfortable bed with only one thin pillow per person. Sound from other room/alley disturbed our sleep at night.

The breakfast..... coffee terrible, salade buffet full with flies, warm buffet not warm enough, smoking guests in the breakfast area By check out waiting to long and also there a guest smoking. We say it to the boy behind the rezeption and he don t give an answer. Tv ( not so important) but only snow This was the second and last time. Bad choice
