The pool area was good with big, comfortable beds and an amazing view of the sea. Very clean pool and friendly bar staff. Accommodation was spacious and clean. High ceilings. Gardens well maintained.
Quite a remote area and no where to walk to. Beach not particularly clean (bits of plastic everywhere) and water not clear. It was extremely quiet at the hotel in October. Little atmosphere.

Spacious bungalow, big pool, great breakfast, friendly staff, pool bar. Shuttle buses to town and free airport transfer.

staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The facilities were great and the beach was lovely.

The staff are exceptional, always a smile and very helpful. The pool is clean and large. The gym is well stocked. The location is very good, not too far from the local town but still quiet. The beach is clean with soft sand and free kayaks available.
The only complaint is there was no English channels on the TV. But we had ample WiFi to watch our iPads!

Fabulous place. We were upgraded to sea view. The room overlooked the pool and sea. Staff were unbelievably cheerful friendly and helpful. There were lots of nice touches for free - airport transfers, drink and fresh fruit on check in, afternoon tea and biccies, cold water available on the bar during the heat of the day, paddleboards, kayaks on the beach available for use.
The pool is large and warm with the bar at one end with stools just under water. Lovely sandy beach.
The music was too loud most of the time. There was a slight hitch on arrival. We came by ferry and they arranged transport for us but the driven wasn't carrying the promised card with our name so it took ages to find him. Not the hotel's fault and they said they would talk to the driver.
The sea water had lots of suspended sediments so was clean, but not clear.

Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean, a really good size with good size bed. Pools are clean and family friendly and the beach is well maintained with a good amount of lounge areas.
Bit far from the centre town so takes a while to get their. But to be fair the resort has all the facilities you need.

The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of different things to try and very fresh.
The restaurant had always very good food as well!
We loved the bed it was comfy and big.
The staff was very nice and helpful and we enjoyed the spa.
The airport was very close but not as loud as expected.
The area around the hotel was more quiet and you needed to take a taxi or a shuttel to go somewhere. But that can be positiv as well, depens what you like.

The pool was great - we had a room with an own access to the pool, that was cool! The breakfast is extensive, but come early as they do not fill the trays.
The cleanliness could be a bit better (especially the pool, it was rather greenish) and the attentiveness from the breakfast staff could be improved in terms of filling the trays and overall reacting to English inquiries.

Great location, front beach, private pool, clean and spacious room, nice staffs, good foods, close to the airport (2km) and downtown (6km)
The beach is not really good for swimming. The electric cars are used for check-in abd -out only while some villas are far (surely for kids) from the lobby and restaurant.

The room was very spacious and clean. The swim up pool was great and room service efficient. Restaurant staff were really friendly and the food was very good! We really liked the resort overall just wish the standards had been maintained.
Very confusing system at check in and some aspects of the resort are looking tired. Because there were fewer guests many aspects of the resort had been let go....no mats put out on sun loungers, pool bar not set up etc. Service/standards shouldn't slip when those that are staying are still paying a significant amount.
