I was amazingly and positively surprised about several things - fast internet, smooth late night check-in, lovely beach a stonethrow away, friendly and professional staff, effective aircondition and in my oppinion - a perfekt location at a fair and competitative price.
I thought an extra minute to see if there was anything I did not like, but I'm sorry - there just was not anything I did not like.

الحقيقة الاستاف من أول مستر أشرف مدير الشاطئ لحد إسلام الهاوس كيبينج ومحمد بتاع الامن والشباب في المطعم بيجاهدو علشان ينجحوا المكان بس إدارة المجموعة مش موفرة أي خدمة للمكان خالص لذلك المكان هيفضل تقييمه يقل لحد مايبقي صفر
أنا سكنت قبل عام ونص في الشاطئ الخاص بسان جورج Xperience Golden Sandy Beach وهوا نفس المجموعة لكن إدارة مختلفة علي ما أعتقد كانت الخدمة ولا أروع وعلشان كده التقييم بتاعه مرتفع
الفطار سيئ ومفيش أي تنوع ولا يستحق المدفوع فيه
المكان خدمة مقابل سعر لا يستحق
بيقولوا إن ليك حق تروح الفندق بالباصات بتاعتهم وتستخدم حمامات السباحه والاكوا هتروح هناك هيبقي مطلوب منك تشرح لكل واحد من الموظفين يقابلك إنت مين وجاي ليه وبتعمل إيه لأن مفيش أي نظام للموضوع دا غير إن فيه سائق باص معاملته سيئة جدا (إسمه مكار تقريبا) بيرفض جست الشاطئ يركبوا معاه وقليل الذوق والادب علي عكس السائقين محمد ومينا محترمين جدا

The ocean, and the TV options that’s it everything else was bad experience
The bed was hard the pillows were low quality, even the blanket on the cover were low-quality, you  open your room with the key and a lot of time the door will be jammed and it will not open for a few minutes. Let’s say 15 minutes how are you going to feel when you’re locked out of your room and no one there to help you ?, the fridge doesn’t get cold eventually it will however, it will take 6 to 7 hours , the telephone in the room just for show it’s useless you cannot call reception or room, service or laundry, even the bathroom was bad ,  I tried taking number 2 in the bathroom and when I tried cleaning myself with the water pump I discovered it was broken , and the washer and the shower the water coming out from it was muddy and has a smell in it

Spoiled New Year. too expensive for terrible service and location. this dissimilarity does not attract even one star. a place that closes at 5pm, where only one guard remains on staff, can not be called a hotel.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Private beach. Not crowded at all. Plenty of private space to enjoy the weather. Dive center on site.
Wi-Fi only by the reception not in the bungalows. Mosquitos. Poor English speaking but can communicate over the translation in the smartphone.

absence of room service and reception after 5 pm as long as they are not responding the whole day
very poor meals and always cold not hot
presence of insects inside the room
toilet was not clean at all
kettle was rusty
refrigerator wasn’t work probably
the toilet needs maintenance
i requested one bed they gathered two beds in one which was uncomfortable
i requested a bottle of water at 10am and there feedback was that the hotel don’t have water at the moment until 5pm
after 5pm they don’t have neither reception nor restaurant so you can’t eat
i booked half board breakfast and dinner they replaced the dinner by lunch because the don’t have chef for dinner which was unacceptable from my side
only 1:30 hours for breakfast and they collect the food even you are still eating same for lunch
the towel was dirty with bad smell
after 6pm they have only one person working as a security always sleeping
the beach was not clean
they didn’t change the used shampoo from the previous guest before i get the room

when I reach there I surprised that no lobby and the hotel has only 2 or 3 workers they do everything and you have to wait until they do a call for someone to tell them what they should do and one of them name Abanob he is so rude , rooms itself very dirty and has a lots of ants and geckos and when I want check out they asked me that I have to wait until they check the room are okay or not really very bad experience last thing don’t trust the information that they provide on booking like check in time is 8 am or check out 4 pm that’s not true you have to pay extra 700 EGP to have that so everything unclear and scamming
