We wanted a private, peaceful place for 1 night. The cottage was the perfect combination of both. The hosts were welcoming, helpful and informative with questions asked and the facilities clean, tidy, modern and well laid out. We really appreciated the extra gestures and touches from having the heaters & lights turned on, the sofa bed made up, the welcome note and fresh flowers.

The location was exactly what we wanted. We had the once bedroom cottage which was very comfortable.
We booked the two bedroom cottage but ended up with the one bedroom cottage. This was a little disappointing as I had changed my booking to the bigger cottage.

This is a comfortable cabin in a quiet location, 8 minutes out of Whangarei. Well presented and clean.
