The house is a brief stroll to the calm, sandy harbour beach at the end of Pearl St or walk a couple of minutes further to the stunning surf beach and avoid the summer traffic jams at the carpark. When you get home from the beach, you can wash the sand off in the groovy outdoor shower.

The main house has 2 bedrooms and the upstairs landing between the rooms has a single bed and there's also a bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher. The pricing for the property is for full use of the main house. In adition, for the larger group, there is a sleepout which has a queen, single and rollaway bed and a bathroom. To hire the entire property including the sleepout is only an extra $50 per night.
