The location is perfect very close to everything the kids enjoy the swimming pool we really have a good time and staff are very friendly and helpful

Bed was very comfortable, room was warm and spacious. Very clean, location at the heart of the CBD was great. We were upgrade, our weeding anniversary and we were given an upgrade and complimentary wine. Thank you so much, it was so nice.

The room required a little TLC, one bedside light not working and curtain needed fixing.

love the pool and spa and view from the roof terrace. beds were very comfy

had to request kitchen cloths and extra towels for swimming I tripped on the carpet/tile join from kitchen to carpet area. I landed badly on my left knee injuring my knee cap and joint

I loved everything about the heritage, the rooftop/indoor pool and spa, the fact that the rooftop pool is heated is an absolute BONUS. You can still enjoy a swim during the cold weather, the room was spacious, clean and amazing, the staff are friendly and real easy going. We will be back. We love and the kids loves it even more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Couldn’t stay long enough 🤣😂

i checked in and asked to have my vehicle valet parking and gave the man at reception my key , I then went to my room and had shower and got change and then went back down to reception to get a taxi 20min later and my car was still out the front with window down and unlocked and staff anywear I had to ring phone at reception to find out why is my car not been securely parked away

The spa, sauna and indoor pool was great loved it.

We stayed tower wing rooms and it's a bit far of a walk if your heavily pregnant and got toddlers from main reception. The tower lobby/reception area is quite dead and when we asked him for more toilet paper he told us that he couldn't find our booking. It is noisy if you do pick tower room, but it's closest to the pool facilities. Bit dated hotel, wouldn't stay here again though. I'd rather pay a bit more for a upgraded hotel. Dryer in our room was super noisy.

Loved the location! Room was a good size and beds were comfy

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable but still ok. The spa pool wasn’t very hot when we hopped in around 10pm. But the view from the rooftop is incredible

location was perfect, we were going to a concert at Spark Arena, and it was walkable. Pool and spa made it feel like a real holiday, and the staff were lovely.

we had breakfast there, and it could have been better, but it was very quiet so maybe that easy why selection was limited.

Did not have breakfast. The bathroom was very nice with shower and bath. The beds were so comfortable and pillows lovely. Amazing views from pool.

Location and the heritage building. We have stayed here before a few times.

Feels like the hotel has lost its soul. We stayed here a few years ago when Hectors restaurant was functioning and the bar. It had a buzz then. Now the restaurant is an independent restaurant and non vegan. We also missed the bar. Staff were flat. Everything felt soulless.

The rooftop pool and spa are the best way to start and end your day/night.

I would've loved to have a robe like the other guests 😅 also, the pool rules are a bit strict with no jumping(at all) but other than that, it was a wonderful stay x

The gym and pool

The room smelt of old cigarette smoke and when we asked if something could be done about it all we could get was a squirt of air freshener in the room for our entire weekend stay.

The location was great.

Check in time said 2pm, we arrived and we're told that our rooms weren't ready until close to 5:00pm. Which in my opinion and experience is completely unacceptable. They should have at least phoned us to let us know!

Comfy beds, spacious room albeit it a bit dated. Pool was warm but its 1.5-1.8m deep so no suitable for small kids. Location was pretty good, close to all the inner city attractions.

The room had a distinct smell often found in older buildings. With the AC on it wasn't an issue but it hits you when you first walk in. Probably one of the more expensive hotels for what we got. We also left behind a sentimental item that the hotel was slow to assist with and oddly couldn't be recovered.

Very central. Pool was amazing

The room we were in on the first night was so dark, it was like a cave with no natural light at all. It was quite dusty, the coffee machine was broken and there were stains on the wall and carpet. There was also no milk. Thankfully the staff were very helpful in moving us the next day to a much better room.

Friendly staff. Grate room, swimming pool and gym was cool as. So close to the cbd 👍
