Area around seemed a little dodgy with dumped cars and rubbish piles. View not pleasant.

It was clean and had everything we needed. Very central and lovely staff. Parking was a must for us and it was nice and secure. Love the convenience of having all amenities available- the washer and dryer were a bonus, as it meant we didn't have to take a pile of laundry home, we did it on our last night. Will stay again next time we venture south.

The bed, pillows and sofa weren't very comfortable. A bit too hard for us. And the curtains weren't quite big enough for the windows, so they let all the light in from the shared hallways/walkways which didn't bother me, but my toddler kept waking up thinking it was morning. Otherwise perfectly adequate.

Rooms were small, no soap or shampoo in shower, lots of road noise in the master bedroom. Area around the hotel looked derelict/messy.

Size of unit was spacious and included a kitchen. Unit had 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms. Location was walking distance within lot of good amenities. Parking for a single car.

It's a unit complex run as a hotel, so check-in was not well signed and felt unusual. Staff member wasn't friendliest on welcoming. I had lost my wedding ring and tried to call the accommodation phone number after checking out to follow up if they could check my room for where I think I left it. Was difficult to reach, as we dropped the keys off and couldn't get back in, and unfortunately was told cleaning staff didn't find it. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Lounge was also uncomfortable to sit on. Would like daily cleaning and replacement of teas, coffees and hot chocolate amenities.

Overall very quiet despite the view onto neighbouring property - a gravel yard which is used as truck / parking repair area, and above this the motorway overbridge. Sliding balcony doors are soundproof and air conditioning works well.

Bit hard to find reception when you’re new to the place-maybe a sign? Beds were extremely firm-which I didn’t mind but family not used to it. You need a credit card for a bond

Very centrally located, everything within walking distance. The facilities were excellent,the washing machine/driver was a godsend. Loved the park-like grounds,the layout and design of the suites is beautiful. The rooms are a bit cramped but still cosy. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

The bed felt like sleeping on a brick...it was too firm for my liking as were the pillows..Next day my body felt like it was steamrolled. There was a 'flying 🪳 that terrorised me for the greater part of the night as I am petrified of these things ,I was also scared it would get into my luggage. Please fumigate the place,it probably came from outside but nonetheless was very unpleasant.

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in. All of us could barely walk the next day🥲

Second time staying there (long stay) never disappointed. Quiet, private, great for families, the facilities are the best. It was a dream family holiday away from home and we are so grateful. It's not a dislike .... we just werent used to the housekeeping taking place much later in the day . We tried to stay away from our room as long as we could so that we don't get in the way, but they were so patient lol otherwise, no complaints.

The location is awesome. Close to everything you need. The secured parking that’s included is awesome.

The room can do with some minor TLC. It’s all really nice and clean but you can see it has been used. Some minor damages on walls that just need a small paint touch up

Everything! The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us, even with a late check out. The apartment had everything we could ask for. Would definitely stay again.

The location was good central to what we needed. Once we figured out how to get the ac cranking it kept the apartment quite cool. The place was easy to find.

The room had some nicks and dents in the walls, we made sure to take photos in case were accused and charged as there seemed to be a lot of potential charges for little things that came across a bit passive aggressive. $500 for parties and kicked out which obviously didnt happen to us but whos to say what could have happened if someone were to accuse us of partying or anyone else for that matter, $200 for a lost key is a bit excessive and $69 if you're locked out. The wifi is very slow amd limited to just 5gb a day which in todays day and age is a bit ridiculous really with the decent Internet that is available. I was suprised there wasnt a surcharge for going over 5gb instead it just kicks you off. The fridge was in a bit of stupid position as the door opens towards you and theres no room to go around the door when its open so you have to lean across the top of the door to get in there which i feel like could lead to a charge of $1000 if you broke the door. There was 1 tiny circlet of vegetable soap but surprisingly there were an adequate amount of towels and they were nice. There were no other shampoos or soaps but i also couldnt remember if it said they dont supply that so thats my bad. The water pipes make weird noises when any water is run in the bathroom, toilet shower sink etc then we noticed that the bin made the same noise and even the carpark gate made the same noise, conspiracy maybe? The beds weren't very comfortable i sat on one and the mattress folded in on itself and felt like it was made of hollowed out cardboard i was worried about sleeping on it in case it broke and i would be charged $50000 for a new mattress. The tv sucks and has no casting capabilities which doesnt matter anyway cos you'll run out of internet before the tv even turns on, the picture quality makes movies and tv shows look like they're straihht out the 1990s.

It wasn’t fully cleaned. The room wasn’t vacuumed properly. Found rubbish under the couch.

Property had good parking and plenty of room in the apartment. Location near the Westfield was helpful.

Property (the overall building) was of poor quality construction and in the heat it had a strong smell to it. Limited kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook any meals.

Fresh, spacious rooms with quality fittings and in a good location. Easy check in and had spacious secure basement parking. Would highly recommend.

The view from the balcony was like a junkyard. Room was clean, but carpet and walls were stained.

* Airplugs advised if you are a very light sleeper. The apartment has double-glazing, but also overlooks the Southern Motorway, so car noise is unavoidable * Firm mattresses. Not an issue for me, but a topper might help soften it a little

The property is clean and quiet. The secured parking lot is a bonus.

Loved how it was close to Newmarket and to St Cuths Pool. It was just off the motorway and awesome to stay in. Thank you.
