Cette belle maison privée de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains est situé directement à seulement 1/2 pâté de maisons de la plage. Avec trois niveaux, cette propriété a beaucoup d'espace pour accueillir confortablement 12 personnes. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend la première chambre avec un lit double, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain privée avec douche.
Juste au deuxième étage et au niveau principal de la maison, vous trouverez la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger à aire ouverte. La cuisine est spacieuse et offre beaucoup de place pour préparer les repas avec vos amis et votre famille. Elle est entièrement équipée avec des casseroles, poêles, plats et ustensiles nécessaires à votre confort. Le salon est lumineux, aéré et offre aux clients de nombreuses places assises autour d’une grande télévision connectée à écran plat! Regardez vos films, sports ou émissions préférés et lorsque vous êtes prêt à vous endormir, les canapés se plient pour vous offrir davantage d'espace de sommeil.
Le troisième étage est équipé des chambres supplémentaires et de la chambre principale. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size confortable, une télévision connectée à écran plat, un dressing et une salle de bains principale privée. The house was perfect ! It's only a half block from the beach , the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the pots,pans and utensils that we needed .
Very spacious, we loved the pool !
We had some minor issues but called the office and maintenance arrived within an hour .
(As we were walking to the beach , there is stop signs for pedestrians and an SPI truck did not stop even though we were in the middle sod the street ) they need to pay attention to that please .

My sons flew in from different parts of the country to spend Mother's Day get away with me at SPI. I researched diligently to find a place that could house three adult couples and one single adult and have a private pool. The house on Ling Street fit our needs perfectly. Your agency employees were very efficient and polite every time I called. Your system of easy check in and out is an added bonus. Everything on line or by text makes the process hassle free. We made great memories and will create new memories using SPI rentals again. Thank you so much. Karen McClure

We just returned from a long weekend in South Padre at this great townhome. Perfect location just a 1/2 block from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. A beautiful new bakery at the end of the block offers a great spot for a sweet treat or a breakfast goodie with coffee. The house itself is laid out well for a large group or even a couple. The first and third floors are bedrooms and baths while the 2nd floor is open concept living/dining/kitchen. Kitchen is large and well appointed. Easy to cook in the double oven or enjoy something from the grill on the deck. Lovely new pool in the fenced in backyard offers privacy and a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by fruit trees. There are decks on all 3 floors of the house and the one off the primary bedroom offers a view of the ocean. Easy to spend an extended time here with lots of storage or enjoy a quick weekend like we did. You will be glad you did.

Very nice home to accommodate a big family it was nice n clean and balcony had a great view for fireworks displayed in the evenings. Everything was within walking distance. Maintenance response was great responded in a timely manner. Check in n out was made easy. Will be using SPI again. Thank you for your great customer service n accommodation.

Fantastic setup! Couldn't have asked for anything else. Walk out the Backdoor to the private pool or 1 block to the beach! Will definitely be back!

This is such a lovely place! Private, well furnished, spacious and comfortable. They had everything we needed and then some. Front balconies are great for people watching and the pool area was private and relaxing. Great to have a warm pool on those cool February days. Owner is in process of updating appliances ( we got a great new fridge while we were there!) Maintenance is very quick to respond to some small requests we had. The bathtubs upstairs didn't drain well but we mainly used showers so no big deal. The only negative for us was climbing 2 flights of stairs daily, but man did we get our “steps” in!

This place is amazing. The rooms are very nice and cozy, heated pool, among views from the balcony areas, grill is a five star product, kitchen and living area space is great for family and friends to get together. Beach access is a huge plus as well. Highly recommend this house.

Just that the tile was slippery and I slipped from the stairs I was able to stop myself half ways thru too many stairs and the stairs only have rails on one side

The home was beautiful and very neat. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of 8. Just a short walk across the street we had access to the beach. Also short walking distance to Bay for food and music. Loved staying here. Staff was very helpful as well.

We were impressed by the house on Ling. It was perfect for our stay. We appreciated the ammenities. We appreciated the beautiful dishes and fully stocked utinsels, baking wear etc in the kitchen. Wow what an awesome place to stay! Our relatives were quite impressed and were immediately able to relax and start vacation mode as soon as they arrived!

You can't beat the location of this awesome townhome. One block to the beach and within walking distance of the entertainment district. Anywhere else, we can hop on the free shuttle on the corner.
The home itself is very spacious and immaculate. It has been recently painted and updated and we really enjoy the pool/spa. It's also great that we can bring our furry kid along to enjoy the beach.
Overall, a great experience at SPI!

This is my first time staying at this townhome and it's just neat place. I hardly had to use my car as everything I was hoping to do was in walking distance. Well maintained and the super size jacuzzi was one of my evenings favorite events. SayLing Away happy!

Perfect Paradise
You will love this beautiful home on a quiet street. First of all, the location is prime-you can walk to the beach a block away or a couple blocks to the bay and entertainment district. The home features a pool and has ample room for up to 12 guests without feeling crowded. The spacious kitchen is nicely appointed with everything you could possibly need for your stay-even a grill off the back deck. We enjoyed sitting on the second and third level patios to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze with our morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The bedrooms are comfy and nicely furnished. Everything is super clean with plenty of towels and essentials for a stress-free escape. We definitely will be back!

Excellent
The place was awesome with fantastic views. Love the third floor view of the ocean as i sat down drinking my coffee and listening to the ocean waves and birds chirping. The backyard was very cleaned not to mention the super size jacuzzi. And if you are a golfer, looks like they are making a putt putt on the backyard. So so cool.

There is mold on the shower ceiling in the master bath.
The lights in the second floor powder room didn't fully light up.
The light in the pool does not work.
The ice maker didn't make ice while we were there.
The large corkscrew on the counter does not work; it just pushes the cork into the bottle.

Clean and close walk to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with supplies. Pool is small but does the job. Had an issue with the AC but it was fixed promptly. The upstairs room with the bunk beds doesn't get good ventilation, but the other areas stay cold. All in all, would book again.
