The location of the building, very accessible to any transportation and nearby restaurants.

The size of the unit- it should not be for 4 person, it is not comfy- the AC is working but not cold enough to cool the room because the unit is at the corner - so I need to request for another electric fan to make us feel comfy. Blinds are too white for this room to make the room comfy- it should be a black out curtain instead.

Owner and staff is very accommodating. Place is very nice , cozy and clean. Although it is quite small but it is still great. I like the sofa bed since it expand. hehe 🫶 Location is very near to retail establishments like mcdo, jollibee, kfc, dunkin donut , 7eleven and other more. I highly recommend this place either for work or leosure purposes 🫶💕

The struggle that we've encountered when we were there was that restroom/toilet is flooding. Whenecer we take a shower it is flooding after. I think it needs improvement in that area.

Location, just walking distance to McDo, Jollibee, Felicia's , Maskara Chicken Inasal , convenient for my kids who are picky eaters . Very professional host, personally welcomed and debriefed us upon arrival. Very good communication and promptly provided action when needed help on the TV/Cable. Highly recommended and will book again when in Bacolod.
