Butikker der solgte chips, tøj osv tog alt for meget for deres ting. Når prisen er højere end ens hjemland ved man bare at man bliver snydt. Købte 2 poser chips for 7 euro, det giver jeg ikke mere en 5 euro for hjemme

Propreté des espaces communs et des chambres Changement de serviettes tous les jours + bouteilles d’eau, fruits, gel douches, kits dentaires, hygiène Chambres spacieuses et belle vue Complexe énorme et bien aménagé : plusieurs restaurants, différents spots pour des cocktails & boissons, piscines jacuzzis lagons et plages avec balançoires Big up au personnel et surtout au monsieur de la sécurité. Tous étaient plus que gentils, accueillants, serviables ++ et souriants On a passé un super séjour

Éloigné du centre de Hurghada - supplément à rajouter à chaque excursion pour le trajet Dans la chambre : le sèche cheveux fonctionnait mal, pas d’insonorisation, on entend la musique jusqu’à tard le soir Nourriture pas géniale même si variée, pas de spécialités locales non plus

Juste incroyable, tout était parfait vraiment tout, propreté des locaux, la beauté de l’architecture de l’hôtel, le choix de nourriture avec les différents restaurants. L’hôtel est tellement immense qu’il n’y a pas d’effet de foule, on a l’impression d’être en petit comité.

Érkezéskor kaptunk room upgradet igy meg jobban indult a nyaralas. Innen is megegyszer koszonjuk! A személyzet kifogástalan ,mindenki nagyon baratsagos es kedves. Mindenben segítettek ha kérdésünk volt. A tengerpart gyonyoru , a szalloda hatalmas mindig van mit csinalni es csendes igy tokeletes a pihenésre is. Rengeteg etterem van igy mindeki megtalalja a maganak megfelelo ételeket. Jovore is biztosan ide jovunk nyaralni:)

酒店环境非常美，工作人员很友好，一切都非常符合预期。不过我们第一天晚上点的水烟10欧，第二天晚上就换菜单涨价到15欧了。总体很满意，在这里度过了美好的时光

The citadel has so much to offer you can stay for over a week and do something different each day! The food and drink options were fantastic, we really enjoyed the A La Carte restaurants. Lovely to find the buffets serving traditional Egyptian meals as well as continental dishes!!! The beaches had plenty of sunbeds, each with their own privacy screen. Pools were cleaned daily. There is literally nothing I can find fault with.

I really didn't like the selling strategy of Diving Center... From the first moment until before diving I asked for the cost of pictures but they say, no problem, we can arrange, etc... I paid 45Euros for diving and photographer guy asked me 60Euro. I said if I knw-ow the cost which I asked many many times and no answer, I'll not allow the photographer guy to dive with me. I give many wonderful poses and when they said more than diving cost I rejected. He run away after me and offered 30Euro, I said 25Euro, they don't accept and I don"t buy and these guys give a very very very bad image of your wonderful hotel at my mind... Now I'm advicing all of my friends to visit your hotel with a note of NOT DIVE THERE... I go to Shar El Sheikh only to dive after you... IT surely costed too much to me but it is not important for me because I'm a millionare business man. Value is noty important for me. Words, promises, doing way of business are important for me... If you want to rate your hotel it is 100% for me, if combine with Diving center than my rate to your hotel is 51%... this bad memory makes me very very unhappy... Really thank you very much to create a chnace for me to deliver these to you... I'm aprreciated...

The staff was great and the food was great too and it had the best animation team and they were friendly and fun especially (DJ mohannad and anna) and sure i will go there again thank u pickalbatros for making me happy

Staff at Pickalbatros citadel was truely amazing, super friendly and did everything possible for great experience. The hotel including all facilities is one of the best. The sea, beaches and the pools are excellent.

Some rooms are not renovated and not very clean. The furniture is worn out and doesn't meet the star rating of the hotel. The Italian and Asian food has nothing to do with real Italian or Asian cuisine.

Food and beverage is not up to the standards, ex for lunch there is only 2 kind of meals beef, chicken, rice, soup, shawarma & pizza. Unfriendly staff, not up to the hotel name, except front office manager Mr. Mahmoud Elmasry. All inclusive with empty mini-bar which is strange.

**NOT RECOMMENDED ** Be careful with this hotel as they are charging huge amount on top of your online booking amount after you reach at the hotel ,they charged me 30% extra charges and they insist that it’s mandatory taxes charges and you must pay it instant before they let you check in 😡 I booked through (booking.com) for 7 nights and the price like you see here in the photo is $1,189.09 ,, however when I reached at the hotel they charged me more $342.46 extra and I was obliged to pay total amount of $1,531.55 as there is no other option… I’m so disappointed with this kind of scamming practice from this hotel 😡😡😡 And I do not recommend this place due to dishonesty and demanding extra money from the customers😡😡😡
