the reservation somehow got canceled by them and I had to look for a different hotel the staff was very bad even taking to booking agent

They canceled our reservation in last minute. We’re really mad what they did to us. They called us while we are almost there to the hotel.

The room was extremely small they gave me a handicap room the shower had no tub water just went everywhere the floors were filthy and they also kept my hundred dollar deposit because I checked out at 11:30 this place was poorly managed.

The location is great, but I couldn't stay there, because of an unfair situation as I describe in the sequence.
I did my booking a couple months ago for 2 nights and everything looked great. But when I arrived in the hotel, they said my reservartion couldn't happen, because the hotel policies changed for July and they would just accepted booking per a week! WTH they didn't said me it in advance! Days before my trip, I received message from them with the confirmation of my booking! Although the hotel mistake, they didn't give me a solution and I needed alone to find another place after 18h of travel! It wasn't fair! And I will never forget that humiliation!

I had this reservations booked since April for 3 nights. When I arrived they told me that they don't do bookings for under 7 days. I showed them my confirmation and they didn't care. I travelled from Houston to Orlando for that foolishness.

Quiet atmosphere. Also, Josh, Robert and the girl at the front desk were so nice!!! And the washer and dryer worked great! And not expensive!!
The hotel only provided 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole 9 days!! Also, only 4 little bars of soap. No shampoo, conditioner or anything else. When I asked the manager for more I was told no. Also there is a cook top in the room but nothing to cook with. I didn't expect to have to buy toilet paper or dish soap while on vacation.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. Barbara at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming, incredibly courteous, and her professionalism is unparalleled. Give her a raise! The room is clean, well maintained, and modern. Definitely would stay again. Keep up the great work!!

It was clise to universal studios, city walk, and a lot of park, food and restaurants
The staffs they are rude only give you 2 towels for 3 people and for a whole week and they said you have to wash them and they don’t have any more no soap,shampoo, toothpaste never they never clean up the room but thanks I always leve it clean and no place to throw away the garbage elevator stinks all the place smells cigarette
