Spacious 2 bed room apartments with all required amenities which includes Furniture’s required for a complete home, microwave oven, fridge, electric cooking stove and cooking and serving utensils.

The location was perfect, close to miseums and shopping malls.

Small beds were too small, didn’t have towels till we had to request, didnt have dishwashing stuff either till the following day.

Good location

Very old towels and beddings. And they don't provide TOILET PAPER and soap after the first day. It didn't feel right.

The space and the location.

That we had to beg for toilet paper and for hot water before 7am in the morning.

Clean rooms and ideal location. Supermarket within two minutes of walking distance. And a few restaurants. Washing machine included in the room. And Rome cleaned everyday. Good pressure hot water all the time.

The room looked ok at first sight. But one can find many issues after a closer look...

The location was terrible. The place is on one of the busiest roads in Nairobi. The windows are very thin and falling apart, mine could barely close. It was SO noisy! Impossible to sleep during night and very uncomfortable during the day. The area also feels quite unsafe. The person at reception had a problem because I arrived just past midnight (my flight was late, unfortunately) when my booking was actually for the day before, as I was supposed to arrive in Nairobi at 9:30pm: I was shocked...

The location was really good, it was walking distance to the Nairobi National Museum and shops etc without being crowded. The security guards and the staff were super nice and friendly.

We had opted for a two bedroom suite but they tried to put us in a Studio apartment keeping the price the same! We had to complain to the booking site who intervened had them change the price to a studio. After our return from a Safari, we stayed for one night. Here again, during billing, they tried to bill us extra. They showed the price in KES (Kenyan Shillings) but when it came to the actual transaction I noticed that it was the amount in INR (INR is 1.6 KES) which was substantially higher. I had to point this out to the Hotel desk before they adjusted it.

The Apartment is clean and spacious. Safety and security is very good. They kept all facilities inside kitchen. Receptionists are well behaved professionally, they allow me to early check in. Loaction is in sacured area Western gate. Super market is very near.

Location of the Apartment is in the corner of 2 major roads which will give you traffic sounds and disturbing your sleep all night. Swimming pool is in next building which is far away. Furnitures are old and need to replace. Beds are very soft to sleep.

I liked the clean beautiful rooms.

Things where broken and they did not follow the booking charge. They took extra.

The location next to the mall

Not far from K1 Place. Not far to Sarit Mall and other spots in Westland. Rooms are spacious.

Rooms are bit used, should be renovated some day. Depends what room you get, closer to the big road, you can hear the traffic noise.

Good size of apartment, big refrigerator, very good Indian restaurant in the building. I stayed 9 days. A rare pick was the bed that had great quality and comfort even for my 98 kgs :-).

Washing machine wasn’t working in my apartment. Wish it was working. Would suggest them to add a dryer into every department .

Room.was in a state of disrepair....no power, no amenities in the shower...mattress filthy and full of stains...30m from main highway....noise levels were extremely high.....would not recommend to anyone.
