Amazing apartment, right on the beach. Very comfortable and the view from the apartment is just breathtaking. As a bonus the hosts were very welcoming and friendly and always ready to help with anything.

The apartment was very nice, living area with a balcony simply fantastic. Perfect for two people, not so amazing for three, but still doable. The wifi was unstable during our stay, I wanted to do some work but for two whole days, it was impossible to connect at all. But when it worked, it was possible to connect even on the beach. The hosts are amiable and did their best to fulfill our wishes. If you are heading here for a holiday, I can recommend this apartment.

There was only one reading lamp by the bed, so reading in bed for both of us was not completely comfortable - but it's just a very minor issue.

If you have chosen Albania as your vacation destination, I recommend you to choose this apartment without hesitation! In addition to what my predecessors reported, I will urge you to experience the sunset from the terrace of this apartment! It's magnificent! It's a story! I didn't have the opportunity to meet Florian, the owner of the apartment, but I had the pleasure of meeting Vala. I have traveled a lot, but very rarely do we meet a host who welcomes his guests with so much love, who communicates so well and promptly and who tries to find immediate solutions to any problem that the guests may have They! The apartment is fully equipped for a longer stay. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The host was helpful and friendly. The environment is quiet during the night, with enough content during the day. The apartment logistic assistant speaks only Albanian, but he is friendly so we easily agreed on everything important.

Parking space is challenging for a larger car. The garage key didn't work, but the garage guards were extremely kind so they opened the garage for us all the time. We had an awkward/unpleasant situation with the garage owner until he confirmed who we are.

Everything is great about this apartment. The view is amazing, apartment is very clean (even disinfectants were present). You will find all the necessities someone need to have at home, so no need to bring a lot of stuff with you when spending time at this place. The host has great communication, is very helpful and available to support if you have any specific request.

I was traveling through Albania and stayed at Matin Apartment. I was pleasantly surprised by the hosts hospitality as they made it so easy to check in and make me feel like home. They also helped me know the area so the next day I didn’t waste any time to look for the best places but just hit and enjoy the excellent and clean beach just in front of the apartment. The night was excellent. After a good night of relaxation in the spacious balcony with an excellent view of the whole coast, sleeping in the very comfy apartment and with the window open it was just like sleeping at the beach. The sound of slow waves of the sea made me wake up so rested and full of energy to enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. Except for the great stay, it was also a pleasure to meet the lovely hosts Florian and Vala who provided us with so much information and will definitely be looking to meet them again soon and stay there again. If you are ever looking to travel in the area and want to feel like home make sure to go to this place and enjoy.

Exceptional , amazing apartment! Feelings like you are in big ship with magical sea view! We were staying in Albania and during our research in booking we were very lucky to book this magical apartment with the best price ever! The Apartment is in the middle of the best place of the rock of Kavaje with the best sea view ever we seen! The Apartment is brand new with everything you need it and everything that you can imagine! In the Apartment  we  found mini machine for making coffee and expresso,kettle, juicer etc etc  😀😀😀. The Apartment is sparkle clean and everything is comfort with air conditioning in all areas with IP TV watching thousands of TV channels all the world's and super fast internet which is most important for us 😀😀😀. Beach is infront of the apartment and it is for FREE. The beach is with sandy and the water was very very hot so we was swimming playing all day like small kids 🤭. In the beach you can found many activities for example jet ski, bana, parasute etc. Around the Apartment you can found perfect restaurants, fresh fish, sea foods, kebabs with super prices comparing to our Country. During the night there was lot of bar's in the Hotel's with the activities and music. The owners of the Apartment are very  kind and helpful especially Vala, she cares for everything that you need like magical guide. They came to pick up us with their car and they gave us perfect parking garage for our car in very safe place. The owners also helped us with luggage.. Unfortunately our stay was to short to explore and enjoy everything. Definitely WE will come back next year for long stay. Thank you Vala, Florian & Matin!

For the first time in Albania and we will definitely be back. It is definitely a little known but extraordinary holiday destination. About our hosts only good, extraordinary people, they were constantly interested that everything is okay, even if we arrived back home well. The apartment is the same as in pictures, very clean, very well accessorized (espresso, fruit juicer, including beach umbrellas), but the strong point is the location, practically on the beach, extraordinary view over the Adriatic Sea. In the apartment we were waiting with a bottle of wine, juices, some sweets, nuts but also clean towels and all kinds of gels and bath soaps. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owners who helped us with the luggage, and then we were offered to park the car in an underground car park at about 50m from the location, for which we paid nothing. For next year, if we come back with other friends, the owners will also facilitate the reservation of other apartments in the same building. Finally, we would like to thank once again our hosts, to assure them of our total appreciation and thank Albania for everything we have discovered there in this stay.
