The junior suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The location is perfect for a night out in Blloku. It was also very quiet and dark in the room, which is perfect to sleep in.

The room and the hotel overall is a little bit outdated but it is just a detail.

Rooms were good size, hot water and sizeable lift for wheelchair!!

No kettle in room and if staying more then few days you need a larger variety of breakfast choice.

Super friendly staff

Almost everything: - Right in the centre of Tirana, close to all mayor attractions - Very quiet as the hotel is located inside a block of four main streets. Inside this block you can find some restaurants and a big supermarket, but almost no traffic. - The staff is super friendly and caring - The room and bathroom are very comfortable and clean and in perfect condition - Breakfast buffet includes fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs (three different styles), cereals, cheese and local sausage products, freshly baked cakes

The exhauster in the bathroom didn't work properly. And that's it!

Nice hotel. Excellent location, very close to the city center, nightlife and main landmarks, and at the same time in a very quiet street. We had some special needs regarding billing for work-related expenses, and the management was friendly, accomodating and efficient.

Location was ok, pretty central, even though the street it very weird. Reception staff was friendly. Airport pickup driver was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very close to city center. Nice people, clean rooms. Access to an underground safe parking.

The front view is at a very narrow street, with full garbage bins. A little bit to small shared balcony.

We liked the location, very close to the centre of Tirana, walking distance to amazing bars and restaurants, bookshops, tourist attractions such as Skenderbeg square, History Museum and the main boulevard in Tirana.

Breakfast could be improved: lacked quality and variety of food.

We arranged transfer from the airport but there was nobody waiting for us. After phoning the hotel, they didn´t give us a solution, not even mention the problem when we arrived. Also, some of the workers at reception couldn´t understand or speak well neither English or Italian, so it was difficult to communicate.
