Exactly as advertised! Very modern and clean rental! Quiet and relaxing stay. Definitely would rent there again.

We had a wonderful time enjoying all the amenities of this great house. We relaxed sitting in the back yard looking at the water, cooking together, getting fresh produce from a local farm and going kayaking and biking. The layout of the house is wonderful for families!

This location was ideal for our participation in a junior sailing regatta at Fishing Bay Yacht Club! The house was in great condition and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the back yard and pier overlooking the water. Our family had a lovely time! We’ll be back.

Great house with views of the bay, hang out outside on the deck, play yard games, bike or kayak, watch the birds. Purchase seafood to cook in the well equipped kitchen or use the grill on the deck. Beautiful wooded lot with mature gardens promotes a sense of relaxation.

The washer machine has mold, some of the toilets had rings of something in them and brown stains, the stove was not clean, there is active remodeling on the exterior of the home that was not mentioned in the listing, propane tanks lying around the house, broken chairs by the fire pit, rusty and dusty HVAC registers, a cracked toilet seat, shower doors have mold on them, towels and bedding smell like mold, burns and sweat stains on some of the furniture, and food crumbs in the kitchen drawers. After leaving the property early, the host is only refunding the base rental rate but not the taxes collected for those unused days and is still charging a cleaning fee even though the house was not obviously cleaned very well when we received it.

Enjoyed the solitude and was pleased to have my dog with me!

6 long term friends / business associates stayed here to hold our annual business meeting and enjoy a couple days of sailing. We so much enjoyed this place ~ quiet, peaceful, and close to the marina!
