Friendly Staff

Staff were amazing, very clean

Outdated, elevator sounded like it was dying, no usb charger outlets, card locks on doors barely worked, air conditioner in room extremely loud

location and staff were great

lots of noise from other rooms and the road nearby

the front desk lady was amazing!!! she came from behind the counter to talk to my 2 year old. she was very friendly and accommodating

My room smelled like weed

The price was one of the more reasonable in the area. The room was fine and met our needs.

Strong odors throughout property. Loud goings on all night that went unaddressed and inattentive seeming staff at times, busier chatting than addressing issues. From. 2-3 am someone was on our floor banging on a door and shouting. How is that allowed to go on for that long?

Hotel was good. Staff were friendly. I'd stay here again.

Views from rooms are of trailers and some light industry metal buildings. Tub had a big rust stain.

Staff was good, room had been remodeled. Breakfast was good and the woman working the breakfast area kept it spotless. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle machine, fruits, yogurt, cereal, muffins and tarts. Fruit juice. Pillows were nice and different. We looked up the brand...not cheap.

Cambridge isn't the center of the world, but if you're staying in the area, I would stay again. $20-$50 cheaper would be more inline for a cheapskate like me. The air conditioner was loud in room 222. Could hear some occasional highway noise, and noise from other rooms.

The beds seemed a bit small for two queens. Bathroom floor tile was loose and tube curtain discolored. Footprint on my headboard.

Because I was a local to the area …they charged my a $150 security deposit which is more than I paid for the room. I was not aware of this until an hour before check-in when the hotel called and told me , then I guess because I complained they put my in a handicap room which was dirty and nasty and barely any toilet paper in the room so needless to say I will not be using this hotel or BOOKINGS ever again. I’m going to Priceline !!!!!
