Excellent location, convenient to all sites (2 min walk to "Ponte Vechio" bridge, 2 min to Pitti Palace and Boboli Garden, 10 minutes to Duomo, 15 to train station, etc.)-even in 38C heatwave with young children everything easy to get to. And yet...in a quiet pocket so you can have a place to relax before jumping back into crowds. Cafe with great breakfast right below, and plenty of good dining options, gelaterias, shops, etc. within a minute or two walk. Apartment itself has everything you might need, cozy, clean, huge balcony, good AC and wifi, etc. Management very nice, great communication, smooth and easy.

everything about the property and management was amazingly great. it’s located near everything you will want to visit and essential stores and good dining.

shower stall is a bit on the small side, even for an average size person, but tolerable.

Very comfortable, quiet, spacious and great location. Elevator! Owner was extremely solicitous when i lost my cane: he ordered a replacement from amazon and it arrived the next day - as a gift! He also reserved a taxi for us when we left. We would love to return.

A glass shelf had broken before we came, and we found a glass splinter on the floor: therefore lower “cleanliness” score. But I’m sure it will be fixed for the next person. Otherwise the apartment was spotless.

Loved the location, terrace, cleanliness and modern simple furnishings. The bed is very comfortable.

excellent location. Near tourist attractions and grocery store, yet very quiet.

Location is awesome: just nest to a city center, but still in a quite spot. There is a very nice nightlife square just 100m away. Balcony is as good as it looks - was very comfortable to work there.

Keys from the building entrance are extremely tricky to handle, I spent over 5 minutes struggling to get into.
