L'été se situe juste au coin du Blue Heart! Récemment rénové et décoré avec amour Cottage Beach! Écoutez les vagues se briser contre le rivage, sentez les embruns salés de l'océan, profitez du pont extérieur surdimensionné et souvenez-vous du plaisir que vous avez eu toute la journée à capturer les vagues, à faire du body-surf, à bronzer et à jouer à des jeux!
Le BLUE HEAVEN BEACH COTTAGE situé sur Ocean Front Ave est juste en face de la dune et se trouve dans la partie la plus large du front de mer de Va Beach, ce qui permet de prendre une tasse de café pour regarder le lever du soleil ou de rentrer à la maison pour déjeuner après avoir joué sur la plage! Prenez un cocktail, marchez sur la dune et attrapez le feu d'artifice du front de mer. ... et l'observation des dauphins est super à cet endroit de la plage.
Stationnement hors rue, total de 4 chambres à coucher et 3 salles de bain (2 chambres Queen; et une suite à 2 chambres comprenant un lit double avec 2 lits superposés dans une chambre et un lit double avec lit gigogne dans la 2e chambre.) Tous les nouveaux appareils, nouveaux meubles et belles salles de bains carrelées.

Cet endroit offre une atmosphère calme et pittoresque, avec l'hymne national jouant à 8 heures tous les jours de Fort Story!
Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Water Country USA et Busch Gardens sont à seulement 45 minutes en voiture. Prenez l’Amtrak de Norfolk à Washington DC pour la journée.
Cuisine bien équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils ... mais si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner, les restaurants sont à moins de 5 minutes en voiture.

Beautiful, immaculate home! Perfectly appointed and suited for Grandma and Grandpa downstairs, parents and kids upstairs, and for our beloved pup.
The hosts are warm, gracious, and generous, and have thought of everything you might need. Truly a perfect spot for our North End vacation. We loved the upstairs deck too. The outdoor shower with hot/cold and hose for feet and beach toys/chairs is the cherry on top. We hope to return!

We had a great time at this rental. Every thing was provided for fun beach time to include towels, toys & beach chairs. It was super easy to access the beach. This VRBO was well-equipped, cleaned and spacious for 4 adults, 4 kids and our dog. We would certainly come back. Our favorite part was having a beautiful, clean beach that was NOT crowded. We live the location!

We really loved staying at this little home away from home! Our vacation group consisted of three generations of family members plus dogs. There was plenty of space for us to use the house as our home base of operations. Very quick walk to the beach, ample supplies on site, and quick access to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We loved staying here and will definitely return!

Wonderful Property - small hiccups with property manager
Stayed here for Shamrock Marathon/ Half-Marathon weekend as the home is directly on the course. Short walk to an uncrowded beach was wonderful. Short drive to any attractions.
Only one difficulty - it was raining very hard when we arrived and there was a leak in the ceiling. We were able to get a hold of the property manager who had someone out the next morning to patch the roof. He noted this was an ongoing issue and offered a small refund as a token. I thought that was very kind until we checked out and never received the refund.

Beautiful getaway
We spent our Thanksgiving here so we could spend it with our son in the Coast Guard. We loved our stay here! House was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed to have a great Thanksgiving. Loved that we were able to bring our dog also. The beach was steps away which was perfect for early morning walks & coffee & endless hours playing catch. Would highly recommend & hope to be back.

Blissfully deserted beachfront
Our stay at Lisa's home was everything we had hoped for - a quiet neighborhood, steps from the beach, almost empty during the off-season. We loved bringing our dog to romp in the surf - and that access points had doggie bags, and trash cans were frequent. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed, and the roof porch was great for grilling a family dinner and enjoying the ocean breeze. We can't wait to go back.

Steps away from private beach!
We had an amazing stay! Lisa was extremely accommodating and responsive. The location of the home was perfect. We had a young daughter traveling with us so being that close to a beach was a key! The beach was empty and almost felt like a private beach most days. The house was even more spacious than the pictures made it seem. Great stay! We hope to be back.

Uncrowded on Labor Day weekend. Super clean, updated beach home, within 1 house of the beach. Perfect home for families or small group.

Beautiful get away!
This place was amazing! It is so clean and beautiful! It has its own little path to the beach and it’s away from a lot of people. The people in the neighborhood are super friendly too which makes it even better! It was the perfect place for my two little kids. The manager, Lisa, is so friendly and helpful. We will be going back next summer for sure!!

Birthday week
The cottage is quaint but surprisingly spacious for six adults and two dogs. It helps, though, that we were six adults on various schedules. The location is in a nice and quiet section of Virginia Beach. The walk to the beach is short and scenic. The only drawback would be, of course, no view of the ocean. No worries because it was too stinking hot to sit outside for too long anyway! Celebrating my 60th birthday with my family was all I needed. I would revisit this property in the future.

Great stay
Very clean and nice place. It is steps away from the beach, secluded and away from the busy part of Virginia beach, but 10 mins (or less) drive if you want to go to the boardwalk and restaurants . We enjoyed it.

Great location on the north end
We stayed here with eight people (six adults and two children) for about a week - good experience with some caveats:
- Pocket door upstairs for the bedroom allows all sound to travel through and does not lock.
- Second full bath upstairs very tiny. Basically half bath size with a shower forced in. House does still have three toilets and showers.
- Patio top step had an angle to it (hopefully fixed) where some of the family almost slipped down the stairs.
- Grill is natural gas hard line and need of new ignition and better placement. Underneath a house overhang, and difficult to manually light safely in any sort of winds. Also flames out when winds are greater than 10 mph or so, so watch the gas buildup. A way to prevent this is to put burners on high, but then your food will likely burn.
- No recycling. Neighbors have the bins, so we put some of our separation in their blue cans when Tuesday came around. Unsure why there’s no option to recycle, maybe bad experience w renters and separation of trash/recycling?
Anyway, overall very good experience. Just take those caveats before you book. It’s a quick walk to the beach without a view; will hold six adults pretty comfortably, anymore than that will feel crowded after a few days. Thin walls/doors allow sound to travel pretty easily. But like I said, great location. Parking situation is well thought out. Would stay again w less people.

Wonderful Property!!
Upon entering we were pleasantly surprised that it felt larger than pictures made it appear. Adorable, comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, and great access to the beach. We loved hanging out on the rooftop deck (bring some bug spray, the mosquitos were biting). The quieter end of the beach away from the busy boardwalk was perfect for us, and it was still just a quick drive to all the action and to pick up great seafood over at Chic's beach. You won't be disappointed here!
