The fact that I was able to get my full refund without problems. I did not stay this reservation I canceled the day I checked in

Everything! The area was a good location but the actual property was seedy and nasty

I like the size of the room and the kitchenette and full size fridge. I like the privacy and quietness of the place.

The room was clean, but could have been cleaner. The walls were dirty and the bathroom molding was dirty. The kitchen cabinets in the outside were dirty also .

false advertising it say the room was big enough for 4 people and the beds are like kid beds

They don’t serve a breakfast here.

The lighting in the bathroom is not bright enough. The chairs for the desk should be more comfortable and there are no channels that I can stream to the tv from my phone.

The cock roaches the place was nasty as **** ask for vacuum never got it the cockroaches would get on you we slept taking turn black mold in the bathroom got bit by something an we itched all the time while we in the room I'm very dissatisfied with that place pull in an you got black guys walking up to you to see if we wanted drugs an they had a overdoses there to don't know if they lived or died as much as I spent I, the place I really think I need a refund now sleeping in my car when friends can help me out

I didn’t like the hallways, windows were open and flys and mosquito’s would come in.

Wish I could have gotten a little bigger room. I made reservations to check-in on a Friday. I saw after the room was booked that the office would be closed when I arrive actually the office was already closed when I booked the room anyway I made a call to the corporate office I guess or the 1-800 number and they told me that I would be able to check in just call the security are the number on the door but when I got here he told me I could not check in so I went and stayed somewhere else for like 3 days and missed the first three days of my reservation but I will say when we did check in everything has been exceptional since then
